Hotel location is good, but the health and comfort are not satisfactory (~_~💧) The name sounds very advanced but it is actually more general, and the bedding is not particularly good.

Excellent value for money. Good environment and good service attitude. Recommend everyone to stay.
In addition, it is still necessary to confirm how to go from the JETT bus station. A little way.

The room is clean, the decoration is modern and comfortable, and the service is good! Overall satisfied! But at this price, the room is too small, and the transportation is not very convenient. It takes a long time to walk to eat, and Amman is all on a hillside with few traffic lights. Crossing the road is like crossing a barrier. This trip is too Special

My wife and I recently checked into the Corp Amman hotel. Before arriving I communicated to the staff that we would be celebrating both of our birthdays and our anniversary. We were warmly greeted by Jehan and checked in very quickly. When we got to our room we were very pleasantly surprised , everywhere rose petals and a beautiful cake with the most delicious strawberries. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable, 5 minutes later Jehan called to make sure everything was alright. In the evening we went downstairs for dinner where we were taken care of by Hamzah and the staff. Food was wonderful and the service was excellent. The next morning at breakfast we were taken care of by a different Hamza , but the same results. The food was delicious and the service fantastic. The Corp Amman hotel is a great place to stay but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone was very kind and professional during our stay. Special thanks to Jehan for everything and to both Hamzah and Hamza ( nice job guys ) We highly recommend the Corp Amman hotel to all that visit Jordan. Thanks again sincerely , Joseph and Adriana from Slovakia.

The surroundings are very quiet and there is very little business. The bed is oversized, just too soft. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient.

This place was well located and there were some good things within walking distance-downtown might be better though.
The hotel was basically good, relatively clean, lots of tv channels but very few English. The breakfast was good and the attendant was always helpful. The bar downstairs was good too.
Less good--really seemed to depend who you got, many really couldn't be bothered, especially the overnight manager. Hedir (likely spelling that wrong) was a breath of fresh air on reception, helpful, smiling and upgraded me. She was great. The dry cleaning service was good and quick but very pricey.

The room is very good, the bedding is very comfortable, the towels, sheets, etc. are very clean. The bathroom is relatively large. I am the most satisfied hotel during this 24-night trip to the Middle East. The breakfast is also good. The staff service is very good, warm and smiling. From the security at the door to the front desk and restaurant, everyone works. The staff are very good. There is a big shopping mall downstairs. There are many restaurants nearby and there is a good Chinese restaurant. Overall, I am very satisfied with it. Recommended

Excellent
GGuest UserAmazing hotel. Very clean, very neat. Staff is wonderful and service is great. Repeating next time. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel. The service is second to none. Felt very honored and respected. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a perfect location, where there are a lot of restaurants and necessary shops. The neighborhood is also a great one, (mostly a residential area), and therefore, the street noise is almost nil. The apartment that we booked was quite spacious and comfortable. The apartment is also well equipped with necessary items, The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and therefore, any questions can be answered quickly. The place has a nice restaurant on its fourth floor and the chef makes delicious food indeed. We tried only breakfast, and it was tasty and sumptuous. The chef is also a very nice person and listens to your needs and makes the food accordingly. The best part about this hotel is the people. Almost everyone we encountered there was super nice. Special words of mention should go to Nabil Shams (who is either a partner or owner of the place) and Mahmoud. They answer calls from the room literally 24 hours a day and address any issues and needs. They always greet the guests every time one walks into the hotel with absolute warmth and friendliness.
GGuest UserThe Kaya hotel is centrally located near the blue mosque. We got a warm welcome and an upgrade to a suite with cityview - the strongest point of this hotel is definitely tne friendliness of its staff, from the valet & reception desk team, the food & beverage manager to the facility team with Mohamed unes & Ibrahim, the all go the extra mile for their guests - an adress to stay when in Amman - one tip: if you get offered a welcome coffee you have to twist your cup or they will keep refilling
NnamabeerStayed 2 nights here during my first part of my Jordan trip for 2 weeks. Took cab from airport and it was 22JD. as it was late at night. This is a very new hotel and a boutique one. Room is very comfortable and functionable though not huge. Good shower/fridge etc... Best part was the breaky. Sooooo good in the restaurant. Huge variety of Jodanian food and western food. You can order eggs/omelettes by asking as they are not on the 2 tables with the spread. Good pastries selections, croissants, halawa, dips, veggies, sausges, veggies, etc... and juice and coffee. The staff is great and will get you a cab if you want downtown for 2-3JD (petra app) or just go to main street which is 3 min walk and flag a cab and still only 2-3 JD. So yes it's not right in the haeart of downtown but it's only 2jd to get back so no biggy. There was a Popeyes at the corner if you need western food. That was our dinner the first night we got there at 11pm so only thing open nearby. Not much to walk around the hotel so you have to cab everywhere. Galleria mall is about 1JD taxi ride away if you need a mall or food court or supermkt. Hightly recommended. and very resasonable if you don't need to be downtown or want to stay in the big chain 5 star places nearby.
GGuest UserThe location is in the new urban area. It is very convenient to go out to a large shopping mall for shopping and eating. The view from the room is very open. The facilities are complete, the breakfast is not bad, and the security check is very safe.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel for the first time during my visit to Jordan, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I believe the staff member who welcomed me was named Louay, and he was extremely professional.
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. What truly stood out was their readiness to assist, even after my departure.
I’m confident that this hotel will be my go-to choice for future visits to Jordan. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe hotel was very popular about 25 years ago I’m told by locals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly however the hotel doesn’t seem to have ever been updated from it’s heyday. The rooms are so dusty my nose started to bleed by the time I left. The bathrooms have brown furniture and a bidet instead of a toilet spray. I hated using the toilet and bath, I felt dirtier coming out than going in! The balcony was only a foot deep and the windows let in so much noise. I would have left and booked another hotel but it was non refundable. The only thing that made it nice was the staff.
Outside the hotel were taxis that overcharged but if you do need one just cross the road and hail one, it’s a lot cheaper. The hotel across the road is more modern for a similar price, I’d go there if I had to return.
GGuest UserI came to this hotel as part of a group trip. The staff are very friendly, especially the kitchen staff. WiFi is available in the reception area but this is different to the WiFi in your room which was very good. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube etc. I shared a twin room which was internal so the window is to the hall way. The room was clean with a little area to hang clothes. The bathroom has a huge shower, but remember water is an issue for Jordan. The best bit about the hotel is breakfast. There is a cold selection of fruit and cake served to your table and then the pre-ordered cooked breakfast. And off the breakfast area is a roof terrace with a view of the Roman Theatre
GGuest UserI wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the high level of service, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the overall welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly and professionally.
The amenities were excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for providing such a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
NNakagawaI used it when transiting to Amman Airport at midnight on Jordanian Airlines.
When I told my uncle in transit, I was told to call this hotel and stay, so I booked and stayed on the spot at Hotel.com.
I was expecting the Jordanian transit because it was written on the internet that I could stay for free, but I'm glad that Hotel.com was there.
The hotel is just a short ride on the shuttle bus.
I went to the hotel once for a transit flight tomorrow morning and got a departure stamp.
The front brother, Japanese! I was surprised.
I had a valuable experience of staying in Jordan ~
There is a cute Neki-chan at the entrance of the hotel!
