Comfort Inn University

Room was neat before occupying. Staff were very friendly. Location accessibility is good. Lift was not functioning while we visited. It’s not too impacted.. but good to have as the luggage carrying was not expected after travelling of 6 hrs drive. Rest all are perfectly maintained.

We stayed 2 nights with our young kids and dog. Raj at the front was wonderful. The hotel was clean but a little out dated, although at night you could barely hear anything unlike some hotels these days. We used the pool which was ok but could use an updating. The breakfast was great and property was well kept. Location was great for what we needed!

The continental American style breakfast was better than expected. The front desk person was not particularly friendly. The room was very clean. The walk-in shower needed another grab bar. The sink area was cramped.

Room was dusty - had the basics (double queen bed, micro, fridge and tv). I usually do a wipe down with sanitizing wipes and both head boards, windowsill and top of tv were dusty/dirty. There were finger prints on the drawer handles and some dirty spots on flat surfaces. Bed was ok, kind of hard. The shower was nice. The breakfast was ok - sausages were dry and the waffles had a rubbery texture. The staff was very nice - front desk and housekeeping were very pleasant. There are also cameras everywhere and the monitor with every single camera view is at the front desk so I did feel safe. Overall I would probably stay here again if necessary just because of how nice the staff was and the feeling of safety.

Rooms were cleaned beautifully the staff was very helpful and friendly and the kids enjoyed the pool are.
