Hotel was recommended due to location for work. Granted, there was a heavy snow storm last few days but parking lot, sidewalks and main driveway were not plowed/salted. Room was FREEZING despite max thermostat and not well serviced (i.e. no shampoo, dusty, pink mold in bathroom, etc.) Not to Marriott standards whatsoever.

The room was ok but pretty tired, with stains throughout the carpet. There was a hockey tournament group staying there, and unfortunately the kids were running around the property inside and out without any parenting or staff intervention. I feel like that should be controlled better. Despite me turning the temp up to the max, the room was quite cold. Courtyard Marriotts are usually great so I was a bit disappointed. I hope there’s a renovation soon and closer monitoring of noise and chaos.

We were placed in a handicap room and the shower was terrible. Water all over the floor and the shower valve provided lukewarm water.

I have stayed at many hotels in the Buffalo / Amherst area, and this one offers the best balance of value and consistency. Never had any problems here, always enjoyed my stays.

We stayed a week and during that time our trash cans were never emptied. We got fresh towels once after asking twice for them. Requested a handicap room both online and by direct call to the hotel. When we checked in we were given a regular room . We got swapped for handicap room.

I would suggest a coffee/tea station most of the hotels I have stayed in would provide in the lobby area

Had to change room three times First time smelt like smoke Second time there was actually a crater in the middle of the mattress
