Loved our stay!
Great place for a weekend getaway trip, with all the amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, we had an awesome view overlooking the pool and beach and the staff were so friendly. This resort is truly a hidden gem in north Florida and we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Setting, But Service Falls Short for the
Our recent stay at the Omni resort was mixed — with a few highlights but also several disappointments that made the experience fall short of expectations for a $500+/night property. The rooms felt a bit dated and in need of an update, but our bigger issue was the inconsistent service throughout the stay.
The valet process was chaotic, with no clear system in place. After a long wait and a missed retrieval, we chose to self-park but were still charged for valet one night — even after being told we wouldn’t be.
We had to call guest services multiple times:
• First, because our TV wasn’t working
• Then, to request basic items like toilet paper
• On another day, to ask for missing toiletries like shampoo and body wash
These are details that should be automatic at a resort of this caliber.
On the positive side, the surrounding areas are beautiful and great for exploring by golf cart, and we enjoyed activities like fishing and walking along the beach. As for the on-property dining, it was just okay. Falcon’s Nest stood out as the best option, while the Steak Out menu felt overrated and didn’t live up to its premium price point.
Unfortunately, the trip ended with yet another call to guest services — this time because our in-room safe wouldn’t open. Thankfully, the staff member who came to assist was excellent — friendly, helpful, and even engaged one of my sons as his “helper,” which was a lovely gesture.

Loved this place. The staff was amazing! They were friendly and accommodating. The property was a little dated but still very nice and clean. We were told they are about to undergo a major renovation in a few months. The only thing I did not like was the long lines to get into the property. They need to fix that!

Great beach resort for family. Beach access and pool is great. The amenities are nice and service was good. Outside is in great shape with a great pool bar and food.
The rooms desperately need an update. Tile in shower was popping off and updating is desperately needed in rooms.

For the price of these rooms we were expecting something much nicer. The room was janky and totally out of date. It was also not very convenient to get to the room from the lobby. While it was nice to have an ocean view it was a pretty decent walk to get to the elevator. This hotel needs upgrading. The door was almost impossible to open and close and there was water damage in the bathroom. The frozen yogurt shop was extremely dirty and not well kept at all. The restaurant, Falcons Nest was disgusting and extremely overpriced. This was our second time visiting but we didn’t stay here last time. Not super impressed at all. Was not a fan that self parking was $25/night for a location that has no shortage of parking. The only thing we did like was Bob’s but again you’re not getting that much value for your dollar. Everything at the resort is grossly overpriced and for an aging hotel that just doesn’t add up.

Amazing place to spend the 4th of July. For being so busy, service was impeccable. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Overall, it’s worth every penny and I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation spot
Although very pricey, this is an excellent resort for both couples and families. There were so many fun activities for kids to do. The service was top notch. Restaurants on site were delicious, but be prepared to be hefty bills. The pool and ocean were amazing and well worth it. The grounds are beautiful and fun to explore. Turtles everywhere!
