This is not the first time we stay at Karaksa joint. After our previous stay at Karaksa Saporro, we decided to try in Osaka. If you take exit 4 from Shin-Osaka Station, you can take a 3 minute walk to Karaksa Shin Osaka Tower Hotel. Reception is at 2nd floor, it was quick service and easy. We reserved 2 bed and 3 bed , total of 2 rooms connecting. It was convenient for party of 5 travelers. The amenities including electric converter was provided in the room. What we like about Karaksa is the bed, bathroom, and room is very confortable. English translated system on TV, AC and Laundry as well. 4 laundry machines with coins in located at 4th floor. Very convenient. During the rainy days, towels are provided at the entrance for free. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machine as well. What a service, we love it We love staying at this hotel, definitely recomended for family stay.

I stayed for the first time in 2 years. I canceled the final flight from Itami, and I stayed at the decision because there was an artificial hot spring near the airport. It is close to the straight distance, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk because it is not a detour route. The trouble is the case of flight cancellation by storm. It will be wet in 10 minutes. At that time, this hotel is happy to have a pick-up car from 1 people. Also, I stayed in the superior room on the upper floor for the first time, but it was usually a business hotel. I was impressed because the standard room was like a training room with a two-stage bed. I feel like it is a designated accommodation for ANA, so maybe the employee is standard. The receptionist before the stay was also overflowing with CA, but the general one was receptionist at another counter.

Good room, friendly staff, location is great for heart of shinjuku although can hear lots of noise from the street at night.

The front desk is on the 4th floor and there are many foreign staff, and they were polite and worked hard to serve customers. I was given mineral water as a gift. There weren't many customers, so it was quiet. I didn't use it, but there was karaoke on the 4th floor and a pharmacy on the 1st floor. There is a commercial facility called Tonalie right in front of the hotel, so it was convenient to be able to go immediately to buy the missing items. There was also a hospital in the same building or nearby. I was able to get a massage in my room and healed my tired body from sightseeing. There was an air purifier and a disinfectant spray in the room, which was helpful. I thought it would be nice to have more outlets. Mira bath can be used in the unit bath, but the temperature of the shower was not stable, which was inconvenient. There was a light switch in the room on the bed, which was convenient. You can also turn on only the bedside light. It was also helpful to be able to insert the USB cord. I didn't use the breakfast buffet, but I did use the cafe. Since I was doing an Okinawa fair, I had delicious Okinawa soba, purple potato tart, and sata andagi. There was a terrace seat, and I was healed by eating meals and sweets while looking at the greenery.
