予約はしたのですが、飛行機の時間帯の変更などで、フェリーからの乗り継ぎがうまくいかないことがわかり、国際線でもあるまいし空いた時間の有効活用のために電話したところから話が？？？　9時以降しか電話に出ない、かけなおせ、のは仕方ないとして、時間内でも予約の人はこの番号を押せ、旅行会社の人はこの番号を押せ、から始まり、いろいろ番号を押しても、メイルに誘導されてしまいつながらない。窮余の手として旅行社の方の番号を押したらやっとつながった。いづれにせよ、ホテルにコンシェルジュ機能はなく、自分のところはすごいのだから、客の方で考えろ、みたいな姿勢なので、キャンセルしました。
