Altamonte Springs Hotel and Suites

Very bad, please don’t book this hotel. Room is very bad and all over the place you can feel smoke smelll

I had a horrible experience in the hotel. I didn't stay. I went and found another one. I stayed in the Ramada Inn.

the room was dirty, no glass for drinking water, no coffee, no hanger, the tv remote control doesn't work, the blinds were broken...I will not recommand this place

The hotel was a complete dump . I checked out early . I was afraid to stay overnight . It was under construction and it appeared to have people living at hotel and suspicous activity was appetent in the parking area . I woyld never stay at that location again . I would like to have my money refunded and you should take that hotel off your site. The pictu ft ed are very deceiving the actual hotel is a complete dump and sub par for a h I tel advertising as hotel and suites. It is below the average motel i have ever stayed in.

The check-in service was excellent. I had to get a room for a friend who was leaving dialysis and needed a place for the night. I was ablento book online and pay the nightly deposit over the phone.

Staff is nice rooms need some work but overall for like a one or 2 nights was not bad. Bathroom need a little work an cleaning.

We had to go to their sister hotel, Opal hotel. Terrible experience. We were woken up at 2 in the morning by a man trying to open the door because Staff and management are unorganized and check out our room to another person while we slept in the room. I felt very unsafe.

I've contacted ******* directly. Did not get the room I reserved and overall experience trying to resolve issue was horrible!!!!

The hotel was a complete nightmare. The photos online must be years old because the property and room looked nothing like what was advertised. I booked a room with two double beds and a pool view. The front door was stuck and extremely difficult to open. The room smelled like wet carpet, the walls were dirty, and the frame between the beds had mold all over it. There were no curtains—only blinds, some of which were broken and wouldn’t close fully. The bed sheets were stained. The bathroom was even worse. The ceiling and tiles were covered in mold, and the shower curtain—supposed to be white—was stained yellow. I checked out within two minutes of entering the room.
