The hotel pictures display a stunning old German building with grand gardens - this is true, but it’s not where your room is. Your room is located to the rear of the hotel in a travel inn style building The rooms are clean, comfortable but not well equipped (poor washing supplements, no fridge in room, no kettle etc) - not really 4* and that’s rated against German Standards The main reason for such a poor rate is the staff service. For such a well graded hotel I would expect service. Instead we were met with rudeness and impolite service with the staff taking more time to smoke than to provide any service - including offering anything before the kitchen closed which resulted in no dessert options for a family event Breakfast was of a good standard - although the roof was leaking badly - despite 30 degree weather (confusing) Wouldn’t stay here - there are better in Wesel for a similar price and better location

Great hotel situated by the Marina/harbour and ideally placed for the city centre. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable hotel. Excellent and varied choice breakfast buffet. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and very friendly. Would have no fears about recommending this hotel.

From this hotel, there is a lot to reach at walking distance. So favourable. Maybe good for those who arrive to place a plate already with the hotel name. The hotel itself is best trendy, clean and clean. The reception is open 24 hours. The bar doesn't make much good. That's a pity. The combination of the receptionist and the bar's control is not helpful. The room is clean and clean. What is missing is glass and the deck beds are synthetic and therefore too warm.
