The TV, fridge, and room phone were all broken and unusable. The room was rundown, dirty, and generally awful. I complained to Trip.com, but they just brushed me off.

pretty nice hotel with big and clean beds

Nice spacious room with good views of the city. Friendly staff, always willing to help. The only problem I had in room 1014 was the shower head holder was broken.

It’s just super old… it definitely needs to be renovated. The room is also not super clean. Didn’t seem worth for the price i paid. Location was good because the day tour picked me up from that location.

It was -16 degrees Celsius outside, but the room was only 15 degrees and there was no underfloor heating. The room was too cold. They eventually provided a heater, but I still couldn't sleep well at night. I recommend against staying at this hotel during winter.

An epic disaster. During my lunch break, security personnel directly swiped their card to open my door and loudly demanded to know why I hadn't checked out, urging me to hurry up. However, I had already extended my stay for an additional three days in the same room six hours earlier. The security guard who burst in didn't speak English; he was questioning me in a mix of Kazakh and Russian, in a tone that suggested he was ready to ** (it's unclear what the original intent was here, possibly 'to argue' or 'to fight'). After I spoke with the front desk, he quickly ran out, admitting he made a mistake. Why an epic disaster? Because this is the second time it's happened. Last year, the security guard didn't even burst in; this year, they've 'evolved and upgraded'.

The bed is OK. The bathroom is very old, dark, and dirty. On the first morning, I did not find a free seat in the breakfast room and wanted to take my breakfast to my room. A rude man did not allow it, and as a result, I never entered the breakfast room again.

The hotel's location is pretty good, near a university with a shopping mall nearby, and plenty of nice restaurants across the street. It's quite convenient to get around. I'd definitely come back again.

The facilities are old, and the three elevators are controlled separately, so you always have to wait a long time for one.

True to the pictures, the overall environment is quiet and elegant. The rooms are well-equipped and new, and the hygiene is impeccable. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast offers a great variety. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely choose it again.

Because the windowed rooms skyrocketed in price and were fully booked, I switched to a windowless room. The windowless rooms are those on the fifth floor and higher where the windows are blocked by newly constructed club facilities outside. The room layout was exactly like the photos, but the window was completely blocked. It's livable, but please improve the Wi-Fi; various Chinese websites kept failing to connect. The breakfast was the same as half a month ago, a mix of Chinese and Russian. The bathroom ceiling leaked because the person upstairs' laundry overflowed, flooding the floor. The maintenance staff, who also spoke Chinese, explained that it couldn't be compared to domestic standards but still fixed the problem, which I understand. Finally, because even the windowless rooms' prices had skyrocketed, I reluctantly switched hotels. And then, at checkout, they said they found cigarette butts during cleaning two days prior and wanted to fine me for smoking???? I've never smoked a single cigarette in my life; this honestly made me laugh out of anger. I even said, 'Do you want to search my luggage? Don't blame me for your own poor cleaning,' before they let me go, and not even an apology.

I was satisfied with spa zone in the hotel, service until 4 am. staff at the reception are English speaking.

Very good, comfortable, convenient, and quick. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
