We are vegatarian and they had worst offering for us. Least options at breakfast and things getting mixed up, staff adamentally non cooperative for our vegetarian need. Please do not stay if you are vegetarian. Overall staff is not supportive.

The room price is high, but the hotel room facilities are average, especially the bathroom; the breakfast is rich, but the restaurant is small and narrow.

The hotel is in a great location, next to Abai Square and opposite a shopping mall. The swimming pool is not in use, so I don't know the specific situation. The breakfast is rich and it is a good place for business travel.

This is the most satisfying hotel I stayed in Kazakhstan. It was worth the 800+ yuan! The room was super big. Floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful scenery outside, new facilities, very clean!
Unfortunately, I had to catch a flight very early in the morning, so I didn't have breakfast!
A highly recommended hotel!
