Lovely situated hotel with very friendly staff. Great views of the lake whilst we had breakfast. We will certainly consider staying there again in the future. Lots of parking available over the road next to the lake for a small fee.

Great location and excellent view from the room. Parking was paid, but across the road from hotel. Breakfast was ample and varied, and the chef was very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would recommend for others to stay if needing a base in the Dolomites.

I selected the property based on the location and price was a major factor. It is a basic hotel but it was good value for money. I had a lake view room and the view of the lake is super impressive. I could also see the mountains which are also beautiful. The view was an unexpected bonus.
The facilities are basic ie no refrigerator and no tea and coffee making set up in the room which is typical I think for a budget hotel in Europe. Beds are cheap but I slept well and my back was fine.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Not lots of English but we made it work just fine. Cleaning was very good. Breakfast is typical European style with lots of breads, cakes and pastries. No fruit but I was able to ask for some yoghurt which was nice. The manager was kind enough to make me a bacon and eggs on request.
Overall I got the value I paid for and a bonus with such a beautiful view.

The rooms are very minimal, a little dated. Everything was very clean, and that's something I appreciate more than old furniture. The hotel overlooks the road, so you could constantly hear cars passing by unfortunately.. the location is perfect. I really appreciated the gluten-free croissants for breakfast!! Even the gentleman at the reception was very kind and nice 😊

Correct hotel for what we needed with an adequate breakfast buffet included and parking in front of the hotel for 10 euros. The views from the room are spectacular. They don't give dinners at the moment

I stayed only one night, together with my son; room and bathroom a little small but very clean. View of Lake Top. Super TOP breakfast, very rich and above all with the real hood (down with self-service machines). I will be back with the family!

I stayed in this property taking advantage of a lake view room with a large balcony. The view is very suggestive, the room is quite spacious and very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent, I recommend it.

Lake front room, an enchantment. Impeccable cleaning every morning. Breakfast with lots of choice and qualified staff. They had the dog with us, no problems. I thank all the people who work at this structure, keep it up.👍👍👍. Michela and family

I'm only giving two stars because the staff was extremely friendly, but otherwise we're not there. Stayed in a single economy room, where the bathroom was for very short people with very long arms. In fact, the room was in the attic and, despite being 1.70m tall, I had to bend down to enter the bathroom. If one then had to sit on the toilet, to reach the toilet paper he had to transform himself into the gadget inspector, stretching out his right arm excessively. The shower drain, half clogged, meant that the bathroom became a swimming pool. If one had been 1.90m tall, he would have had very serious difficulties using the bathroom. Breakfast was disorganized and poor, even if the employee tried to make up for the situation with the utmost good will. So the bottom line is, no, I won't go back.
