Spa Hotels in Allahabad

We are from Assam and visited Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbha Mela.We booked Hotel Shree Kanha Residency from 9th January to 13th January,2025.We were given the number of CMD Shri Shashwat and he pleasantly gave us the location and guided us and also arranged for Manager Shri Nikhil Pandey to contact us.Shri Pandey arranged transportation from Railway Station to hotel late at night. Arriving at the hotel we found our room very spacious and comfortable.All arrangements were available and working. The bed sheets, bathrooms and other facilities were near and clean.The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I must also mention Manager Shri Ajay Singh who delivered all requests promptly. Another Manager Shri Abhishek ji also gave us good local knowledge about the Kumbha Mela and other important details. The hotel also has a superb restaurant Zimana where you can get varieties of delicious vegetarian dishes. All in all it is a fantastic hotel, situated very near Railway Station,in a quiet locality. Location : very close to railway station. Located in a neat and clean posh and quite area. Food: hotel needs to improve their breakfast spread. They can avoid making poha and up-ma because their chef has no idea how to make it. They should rather serve local allahabad dishes. Their kitchen closed at 11 pm with last order at 10:30 pm. On 29th night, we struggled connecting with room service / reception at 10 pm. Communication lines (intercom) were not working. No response on mobile as no one was there at reception. Finally managed to go down in my night suit at 10:20 pm, caught hold of a random staff who was kind enough to provide us 2 glasses of hot milk. Some of the stuff in breakfast was very good- aaloo parathas, poori bhaji etc. Amenities: wifi was not working throughout our stay. Intercom lines went down every now and then. Untrained staff for housekeeping - multiple requests had to be made for basic requirements in the room services: courteous staff / helpful to quite an extent. The hotel did not have a single lady staff for a better appreciation of the requirements of female guests. Ample parking inside the compound as well as outside the hotel. Special mention : mr. Z aid was extremely helpful. A very soft spoken and courteous staff, who was a student pursuing his studies as well as working in hotel.

Hotel location is little inside. Rooms are neat and clean and staff are polite. Restaurant food is good and reasonable. Washrooms are good.

All servicess provided by hotel kashi were excellent and above the lable .the owner was taking personal interest in every problam. hotel staff was well behaved .they were very humble and provided evey service in minimum time in room and dinning hall.rooms were neat n clean evry thing in the room was properly placed .I'm very much impressed by this hotel kashi prayagraj n I will suggest the people n my reletive to stay here thanks .love prayag love hotel kashi

Location though was easy bang opposite Hotel needs to correct that. Very misleading info. The hotel reception staff that day was awful. Though rooms are average but it seems property is quite old. Room wall papers are peeling. Staff talks in loud voice in the corridor outside which disturbs the ppl inside the rooms. The room otherwise would have merited not more than 2000 on other than Kumbh days. Food was average and averagely priced too. Beds were clean and bathroom too was average clean. One can say that was the only saving grace. I booked in majboori only Should be booked in majboori only.
