Fortunately, we could gather a public parking place right in front of the hotel and unlock a 24-Stunden-Buchung parking watch. For the narrow entry to the hotel garage as well as a parking lift system is inappropriate for our ”family kitchen” (experience!). Comparison with the reception staff quite ”holpig” lack of sufficient German knowledge from their side. A card for rooms and hotel outdoors (the only way to get into the building from the specified evening time) that was given to us was not opened. Rooms were good for our ”demands” (astonishing for this hotel category -＞ refrigerator available for cooling things to bring with itself) Breakfast: Quark for Musli I missed and unfortunately only the highly sugar-containing finished cereals find. Ergo prefers to give up immediately. Because the seabream or seabream seems not suitable for the other foods I asked what this was meant to do... With the word seabream, the “breakfast service” could not start anything. So I asked if this ”ingredient” was thought of ”salmon”. Then I was told that the salmon was out (about 9:30 / breakfast is probably in the “layer system” after we were asked when we arrived, in which “time window” we are looking for breakfast). Very irritating - we could directly observe immediately before that a not half-full plate with salmon cut was carried into the kitchen. Would the staff intend to “safe” this sweetness exclusively for the breakfast (even that we could have observed)?

We stayed for one night. As soon as you check in, you get the feeling that you are well accommodated here. Nice competent service. You can't fault the rooms either, they are functional but nicely furnished. The breakfast buffet is rich. Coffee is ready in a thermos on the table. The hotel is highly recommended.

It was convenient for a one night stop, near the motorway. However, there were no staff around to help with check in, it was all electronic, and rather confusing, leading to queues on a hot day. Ground level parking was extremely scarce (we think there may have been underground parking available, but there was no indication of this, no signage, no information when booking, and no staff to ask!) Room was basic, although the air conditioning was good, and the TV did have Sky Sport for the Bundesliga.

Goed hotel voor de prijs. Schoonmaak kan iets beter; het ziet er allemaal schoon uit maar in de hoeken en kieren (bijv. onder de schuifdeur in de badkamer) zat nog stof. Bed lag goed, kamer is klein maar zeer praktisch ingericht. Badkamer is ruim en modern, maar het toilet zit voor mijn gevoel op een vreemde plek. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, in de stad zelf zijn ook voldoende opties. Zeer vriendelijke man achter de receptie, dat mag wel even vermeld worden.

Wir haben bereits das dritte Mal als Paar dort von Freitag Nachmittag bis Sonntag Morgen gebucht. Dieses Mal haben wir das Romantik-Arrangement gebucht. Inbegriffen war ein Begrüßungsgetränk, eine romantisches Bad (auf dem Zimmer!) mit Sekt und Pralinen, die Nutzung der Sauna-Anlage und jeweils ein ausgiebiges Frühstück und ein 4-Gänge-Menü zum Abendessen. Wir wollten gezielt entspannen und vom Alltag abschalten. Mit dem Sauna-Angebot und der von uns dazugebuchten Massageleistung war die Erholung bereits nach ein paar Stunden eingeleutet. Dazu gab es zum jeweiligen Abendessen eine kulinarisch wirklich gelungene Kreation, die uns in Form eines 4-Gänge-Menüs mehr als zufrieden stellte. Auch die Essensmenge war großzügig, also nicht nur gut, sondern auch absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück am Morgen war genauso zufriedenstellend. Alles was für uns wichtig war, gab es auch: frisch gemachtes Rührei, Brötchen, Croissants, Lachs, Käse, Wurst etc. Kaffeegetränke und Säfte gab es ebenfalls. Die Nähe zu Koblenz zum Einkaufen war ein schöner Zeitvertreib für den-L Samstagvormittag. Aber auch andere Möglichkeiten, wie Wandern wären denkbar, wozu wir diesmal aber gar nicht kamen. Von unserer Seite eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder mal dorthin fahren, um uns eine Auszeit zu gönnen. Zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Es ist kein ”Schnapper”, aber vor allem aufgrund der Essensqualität und der Sauna-Möglichkeit ein gerechtfertigter Preis.

Hotel is a block from the 60s , rooms are very small, good location, nice bar and bar staff. Reception constantly under staffed. Bathrooms also take you back in time. The area is very attractive, but you need a car , there is a bus service from and to the hotel.

From Cologne to Frankfurt, someone in France recommended the Deutsches Corner, so I stayed in Koblenz for one night. The hotel is a bit away from the old street. There were not many guests that day. The breakfast was not open for Terrace.

I regretfully have to share my dreadful experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had made a terrible choice. The lobby was outdated and shabby, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was a disaster. It was as if they hadn't been renovated in decades. The furnishings were worn and tattered, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom had a musty odor that wouldn't go away. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here, as I found hair in the sheets and mold in the corners. The staff were far from accommodating. They were indifferent to my complaints and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests. When I asked for help with my luggage, I was met with a half-hearted effort. The noise level in the hotel was intolerable. Thin walls and rowdy guests made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It felt like I was sharing a room with the entire hotel. The breakfast they provided was an absolute joke. Stale pastries and watery coffee were the only options available. It was a disappointing start to each day of my stay. In summary, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare. It was a grim reminder of how important it is to thoroughly research and read reviews before booking accommodation. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
