Place is in a good location from Mumbai, close to beaches and the most happening Alibaug spots and quite reasonably priced for what it offers. It's in a housing society that's been repurposed as a weekend getaway/resort with a well equipped rec room too. Approach should improve with roadwork going on in its vicinity and parking is a bit of an issue if you have a large vehicle which should also be addressed with the work going on at the property. Staff are helpful and prompt being ever at the ready to attend to your needs. Overall a definite recommend from my end whether it's with friends or family.

I recently stayed at Acon Palm Hotel for 2 days with my siblings, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The food served was nice and we enjoyed it, however the option were limited. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and refreshing, making it an ideal place to unwind. I would definitely recommend Acon Palm Hotel to anyone looking for a great stay experience.

This is very worst hotel, plz do not trap with bloody manipulated review by Google and co. In reality there is no parking for 5+ cars inside the premises and vehicle need to park on road which is very risky. Bathroom is very dirty and untidy basic facilities like geyser itself not working, in the midnight I have to bath with cold water. Very shameful service and in night no one there to support except one old ***. While I called to support team it is going to Robert/AI, which is again pathetic and I asked the manager number they reluctant to provide it's very hopeless and risky too, you can not reach in case of any emergency. Charging like 4 star but service like sadak chhap. This is my geniune review rest upto you.

Overall good and comfortable stay Limited food menu but good taste and quality Service right from booking till check out was smooth and hassle free Staff and booking team is very helpful and compassionate If you wish to stay in a quiet, calm and peaceful place - this will be a great option - away from the hustle bustle Just a suggestion - can add a few in room amenities like fridge, tissue rolls in toilets, hand towels, tea - coffee set up, some arrangement to put clothes as all rooms donot have a closet One can stay at the property again for future visits Thank you

Service was horrible Bedsheet unclean Toilet n bath room also was not washed No curtains in windows N finally the night staff was rude

overall good place for couples make you feels lyk your own home sweet home peace and sliences where only you and your partner is there no 1 else. but only 1 i didnt like is there is no freezer or 1 mini bar freezer where we can store some food n drinks .

Safest and coolest place to go with friends. Rooms are very clean especially the washrooms. Proper hygiene is maintained. Even the staff is too good. I am really happy with service and stay with Acons palm.

The road to reach the hotel was narrow, so it was difficult to access it. When we were staying, the restaurant was not functional, but we had tea and coffee. But otherwise it was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The gaming room was excellent and it also includes CDs and Books. Great experience, especially with family.
