I'm so happy I finally found a place that I can say I've really enjoyed my time in.Staff who really know what it's all about-HOSPITALITY. Great welcome on my arrival,very comprehensive explanations as to where everything was and how to access things.I know people have complained about depositS for this that and the other-GET OVER IT.Ive stayed in higher end hotel who do the same. Eva ,Arthur and Fernando at Reception where excellent throughout my visit.I ate quite a bit at the hotel and I found the food good and the pleasantness and efficiency of all staff without exception to be wonderful. I asked for a room change on day two,as there was quite a loud group next to my original room and it was sorted immediately. The spa has all you could want also,and again a very pleasant guy takes care of things there. Finally,the room,again its got all you need.I had beautiful sea view,lovely dark wood floors,great shower and amenities aswell as wonderful Housekeeping. This hotel is mainly geared for LGBTQ client and as a member of that community I can recommend this hotel to you-Its great. I have just returned home from a short stay at this beautiful hotel and i cannot fault it. We arrived at midnight and the two gentleman on reception were so pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and a great selection of fresh foods at dinner also. We asked for extra towels and pillows very late one of the nights and these were delivered to our room within ten minutes. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The pool area, toilets, and all other parts of the hotel were so clean. The reception staff, bar staff, and maids were so friendly and they could not do enough for you. Great location with the beach front and town centre a short walk away. We got a very good deal to stay here and given the five star treatment we received, we will most definately be returning in the future.

Today is 28 September 2022 and my daughter Jill's memory on Facebook was of us sitting in the Lomond Lounge at Glasgow Airport before our flight on 28 September 2019, looking forward to another enjoyable holiday at Hotel IPV Palace & Spa. Little did we know that the dreaded COVID pandemic was on the horizon and would almost bring the world to a stop. I have worked from home since 17 March 2020 and have never been on a bus or a train since then never mind an aeroplane. Looking at the memory prompted me to look at my previous reviews and I found that I did not submit a review for that visit. I know it is a bit late in the day however I want the people who read reviews before deciding on their destination to know that this hotel is first class in every way. Perfect location with unbeatable sea view, comfortable beds, scrupulously clean, powerful shower with constant hot water, good food and most important of all the wonderful, friendly, efficient staff. Our Jet2 Holiday was stress free throughout the flight and we were quickly through customs and luggage carousel at Malaga. The transfer to the hotel was pleasant and the driver wheeled my cases up to the entrance. I hesitated, looked around and felt I was back to my happy place. Walking through reception, smiles were coming in our direction before we reached the desk. Warm welcome as we checked in, asked for a kettle which was delivered to the room shortly afterwards. We couldn’t resist one of the delicious fruity boiled sweets which always sit in a bowl on the desk. Once again, we were on the top floor of the Cesares building. Cases discarded, balcony door opened, elbows on the balcony and taking in the panoramic sea view with the ever present sound of the waves … the most relaxing sound in the world. Housekeeping do a brilliant job, the room was pristine and the bathroom gleaming. Toiletries etc. available in case there was something we had forgotten to pack. Wherever we went in the hotel from Beach Bar, Dona Lola Restaurant, Lobby Bar and Shop we caught up with people we have got to know over the years. They all gave us a lovely welcome and hugs all round. Now most of the people reading this will want to know about the restaurant and quality of food. The Dona Lola Restaurant is spacious and all the tables are covered with lovely crisp fresh tablecloths with proper napkins. Weather permitting; we always opt to eat outside on the terrace, part of which is covered. Their breakfasts make a great start to the day. You can choose a cooked breakfast accompanied by eggs any which way you like … omelette, poached, boiled, scrambled (sorry no Cadbury’s chocolate ones). The continental breakfast is also delicious with a good choice of meats, cheeses, etc. Cava is available and with the fresh fruit juices you can easily mix yourself a Bucks Fizz or Bellini. Super friendly welcome from Javier, who explained how everything worked with our All inclusive package at the hotel. Our emailed room request was taken On board and we had the most fabulous view from our balcony. There were many Food choices, from daily staples such as pasta, rice, chips and burgers as well as different daily menus which included lots of different types of fish and meats, breakfast also catered for everyone, no freshly cooked omlette or a la crate dining but as good as Any other 4 star hotel we have stayed in. Excellent location including proximity to shopping and the beach, Photos really don’t do the hotel enough justice.

Fantastic holiday, 3rd time here. The staff are so welcoming and attentive to all guests. The whole complex is kept very clean. The on site restaurant is very good as well. You are within a 7 euro taxi ride to La Cala or Fuengirolla if you want to go shopping. There is great entertainment on poolside every day with bingo etc and at the onsite restaurant 4 nights a week they have live singers who are very good.

It is very clean and well organised hostel/hotel. The staff there were super friendly. The location is perfect. Every place is in walking distance! Definitely will stay with them again in the future

The hotel is not located in the same Torremolinos, it is located in the ALAMOS neighborhood, 7 minutes walking from the beach and 4 minutes walking from the train stone nearby Malaga - Fuengirola. It is a hotel that has a few years, but that to be a 3-star is fine, the rooms are large and with terrace, the only thing they should have a shower plate instead of a bathroom, especially for the elderly. Superb hotel (swimming pool, room tour, etc.) Bathroom quite small but the rest is fine. The prices for hotel services are affordable. On the other hand, I would like to emphasize that the blacks are not fairground animals, the incessant stares of the customers made us feel uncomfortable, which is a great shame for the hotel and SPAIN. THANKS.
