The hotel is beautiful, rather well located. I give a 10/10 to the service and cleanliness, I have never seen such lovely and caring staff. I have not had a single inconvenience or a single bad understanding. The swimming pool is very nice, the gym very functional. I will come back In Shâ Allâh.

Basically every time I come to Albania for business trip, I will live here. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, convenient for parking, and there are supermarkets and fruit shops not far away. The room is clean and tidy, relatively spacious, and the staff is very friendly.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time, the hotel is very good, the price is not bad in the local area, the breakfast is great, mostly sweets, there are many small restaurants around, PIZZA is relatively cheap, the average consumption per person is 30~ 40 yuan, there is a FISH FISH seafood restaurant in the back box is also good, the per capita is only about 100 yuan.
NOTE: Don't go to the bank to exchange USD, you can find a local shop. The current exchange rate is about 1:25.

Generally speaking, it's OK. It seems that the hotels here are not very good. The rooms facing north are on the road, which is quite noisy. The single bed is very small, and there is no way to dry the clothes. Friendly reminder: The hotel has no toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers. The WIFI is super bad. It is basically unavailable in the room. It is recommended to buy a mobile phone card locally. The advantage of this hotel is that it can be picked up at the airport. You can call when you arrive. It is recommended to wait for them at the gate 4 of the airport. It may be more convenient. The breakfast is OK, you can eat enough, and there are more desserts. Another advantage is that you can order lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The taste is not bad. I ordered lamb chops, grilled chicken, steak, etc., see the picture. There are many service staff in the hotel, and they work in shifts. When you order food, there will be a fat waiter in the restaurant occasionally. He may be a small leader. His attitude is very average. I feel a little unhappy, but he doesn't go to work every day. It depends on luck. There is only one person. The others are very friendly.

GGuest UserHello, I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their kindness, their professionalism, their understanding, in particular the responder and the manager himself. It was stated that pets are allowed although this is not the case. Despite everything, the people in charge allowed me to keep my animal otherwise I would be on the street after more than 5 hours of driving. Thank you to Trip.com for kindly correcting the information transmitted to the hotel so that other customers do not experience unpleasant situations as could have been the case for me if the staff had not had this humanist background and understanding. Thank you again, cordially. A client who recommends this hotel for all the charm that makes it up, both professionally and for its atypical and truly beautiful style right in the center 👌🏼🙂

SSytseI have travelled a lot in the Middle East and North Africa - and people in these countries are the most friendly and hospitable you will find anywhere in the world. But even compared to those standards, the staff of City Hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help with any issue at hand - even sharing their home-cooked food with me (best food I had in Algiers!).
So if you think about visiting Algiers, book this hotel! It has good facilities at a very convenient location, but most of all: the best staff you will find anywhere in the world. Highly recommended!!

It has been renovated, the design and decoration of each floor are very beautiful, the environment is very good, the bed is big and new, and the view from the balcony is very good and stylish. Although the toilet occasionally smells a bit, after all, it is a hotel with a history, but I still like it here very much. The only thing that is not perfect is the Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The Chinese food is delicious, and the Beijing soup is delicious. However, the steak and pasta we ordered did not have sauce. We asked the waiter to give us some sauce and took two This time it was very thin soup, I don't know what it is made of, anyway, it is completely different from what we ate before. The waiter may be unhappy, and told us to go to the kitchen to make it ourselves if we are not satisfied. This has reduced the restaurant a lot of points.

GGuest UserI loved Hotel Hydra. The purpose of my visit was to see my granddaughter and daughter in law.
The room was spacious and well appointed.
Only minor points could be improved- bath plug didn’t fit, light bulb out. I didn’t report this though. I felt safe and staff were gracious and kind.
If I visited Algiers again I would definitely stay there.
