Grey l Studio Apartments Corniche Alex

Good stay and good time in Alexandria for 2 nights. The location is excellent. Staff is friendly.

enjoyed stay too much but serivce need to upgrade room service need to be more professional location is very good need small tips and tricks and you will be best hotel ever

This was my second time with brassbell Alexandria but my first at this location. Stayed at the budget studio that comes without a view but there’s lounge area that overlooks the sea, offers kitchen space and workspace which was ideal. However when we entered our rooms we saw there were no towels offered this time. I asked the staff and they said they have shortage in towels which is confusing considering they are full aware of how many guests are checking in. Second issue we faced was the noise late at night for maintenance work that started at midnight then early morning from the housekeeping staff who didn’t seem to realize how thin the walls are and how their arguing in was super loud. I hope the management offers better training to their staff to avoid such issues in the future.

A beautiful location with a beautiful view, accessible to everything, and the cleanliness is just on another level, the room service replies in seconds. Will definitely be visiting again and again, all love!

The hotel is located on the Corniche, so you have a nice view like the one in the picture I attached. It’s clean, but some rooms are not very quiet, especially the ones facing the Corniche
