酒店外觀看着很一般，但是進去很大有點標準，但是房間設施很一般，雖然比較新但是質量很一般設施，廉價裝修。最主要的是服務很一般，剛開始無線網連不上打前台説安排人來協助，等了一晚上也沒來。然後就是浴室反水，洗完澡一地的水有點太差勁了，希望改進

酒店是像進入一個區域那種，大門口有保安，進門也有人幫忙拿行李，凌晨到亞歷山大，也是可以辦理住宿的，房間比較明亮，性價比很高了，住的安全也舒心。如果下次再來亞歷山大，還會住這，比開羅酒店便宜，且乾淨。安全最重要。
