Altay China Courtyard·Xueshang Yinlu Hot Spring Hotel

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is super close to General Mountain Ski Resort, just a 10-minute drive away. The free shuttle service was always available when we needed it, and the driver was incredibly friendly. The freshly made noodles at breakfast were delicious. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Ahe Highway entrance, making it easy to get to Hemu. The facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The hot spring bath and massage tub were great for relieving fatigue. The breakfast was unique, served individually. The hotel staff were all warm and attentive, and they offer free airport and ski resort transfers. We stayed here twice.

The hotel service was great, the pick-up and drop-off service and the environment were both OK. The outdoor Jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after skiing. Unlimited ski resort pick-up and drop-off: This is really convenient, much more convenient than most hotels. Most hotels require advance booking and have limited vehicles, but they have a full fleet and flexible schedules. Welcome fruit: The cheese and dates were delicious.

The winter atmosphere was fantastic, and they even offered airport pickup service – truly great! 👍 The service was good. The hot spring pool is located in the villa area, which was a bit inconvenient to get to, so I didn't try it. The breakfast was a bit basic, but enough. I'd suggest changing the small bowls for the noodles to larger ones, as there was actually a lot of noodles, and the small bowls weren't big enough to hold it all.

Service: Absolutely fantastic! They helped with my luggage at the entrance and even carried it to my room – incredibly welcoming. Cleanliness: The room was spotless and very comfortable. Facilities: Smart technology, heated bathroom, and a hot spring area – just let us know in advance to enjoy it. Garden-style architecture, a very generous breakfast in the morning, and complimentary snacks and drinks in the room.

This hotel was probably the most unsatisfactory one of my trips. I booked a double room, but the so-called "2nd floor" was actually on the 4th floor, and you had to walk a bit to the villa area after taking the elevator. The villas didn't have elevators, so I had to carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor myself, which was really inconvenient. The staff only escorted guests to the villa's basement level and then stopped helping. Most surprisingly, the shower used a storage-type electric water heater with very limited hot water; I really didn't expect a hotel in the city center to use such equipment. Overall, the experience was very poor.

Unlimited ski resort transfers: A special thank you to our driver, Aldak, who was always available to take us back and forth between the ski resort and the city. Free hot springs and karaoke are also available, though the swimming trunks are a bit pricey. The washing machine is only in the bathroom of the innermost villa; a laundry room in the main building would have been much better.

The health services are very good. There is an airport pick-up and drop-off. When we returned to the hotel, they also took us to dinner. I was quite satisfied. The breakfast was also very satisfying. Overall, it was good. The only problem was that the hot springs were too cold. They added hot water, which is too cold in winter.
