GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very comfortable! The location is great, and they offer a shuttle service to the ski slopes every day. Overall, it was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! I spent a long time choosing a hotel and finally picked this one because it had absolutely no negative reviews! I went there with the thought, 'How can a hotel have no bad reviews? I have to see it for myself!' After staying, I truly think it's wonderful 👏. The room had a view of the ski slopes! Plus, there's a bathtub so you can soak every day after coming back 🛁! And there are two cats you can pet!

Ssarah13From the moment we were picked up at the airport, we experienced exceptional and attentive service. When my child complained about being hot, the driver immediately turned down the AC and even entertained them. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us fantastic recommendations for dining and activities. We had booked two different rooms, but they thoughtfully upgraded us so we didn't have to switch. The duplex room overlooked the ski slopes and had a sauna – perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. When we couldn't find a taxi for dinner, they even helped by calling out to a group of drivers, which was incredibly effective. The hotel itself is only a 5-minute walk from the ski equipment hall, which is very convenient, and you can store your gear there. They also offer free laundry, drying, and ironing facilities. The managers and staff in both the restaurant and our room were all very kind. This will definitely be our go-to hotel for skiing at General Mountain next time!

GGuest UserThe best decision for this trip to Altay was to choose the ”Youwo” Youth Hostel! This place completely exceeded my expectations for a youth hostel, and it is more like a **warm home for travelers**.
**The atmosphere is super great! ** Whether it is by the fire pit in the public area or the spacious rest area, you can always meet like-minded travelers, share routes, carpool information, ski resort strategies, or even just drink a cup of hot tea and chat together, and the loneliness of the journey is completely dispelled**. The enthusiastic store manager yep is super nice**, providing all kinds of practical suggestions like a friend, helping to plan the itinerary, super considerate!
**Convenient location and complete facilities. ** It is very close to the Jiangjunshan Ski Resort, which is convenient for traveling and foraging. Although the room is simple, it is **clean and comfortable**, the bed is private, and the laundry room and spacious public area** are well maintained, especially for long-distance travel or snow friends, it is also convenient to store snowboard equipment.
Super cost-effective! **What you gain here is not only accommodation, but also a rare travel experience and friendship. It is highly recommended to backpackers who travel alone, travel together, and love communication! There is a nest in Altay, which is really the warmest ”nest” in the journey! Next time I come, I will definitely stay here again!

The rooms were clean with good heating — perfect after a cold day on the slopes. Parking was free and conveniently right in front of the hotel, which made everything easy. MM59448****The service here is exceptionally good, especially their crisis management – truly sincere and impressive, I have to commend them! I arrived in Altay during extreme cold weather, and after a full day of skiing, I was exhausted and freezing. I was looking forward to a nice hot shower in my room, but unfortunately, the hotel's air-source heat pump malfunctioned, likely due to the weather. Not being able to shower was a terrible experience, and I went to bed fuming, determined to leave a bad review upon checkout the next day! However, when I woke up, I saw a message from the owner in the ski resort shuttle group chat that really touched me! The owner sincerely apologized to everyone and promised compensation for every guest, even offering free transportation to Altay's most upscale bathhouse for showers! Although I checked out today and don't know if the hot water has been restored, I'm confident that an owner like this will definitely resolve the issue! Who wouldn't love a hotel like this? I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I visit Altay!

GGuest UserThis is my first time writing such a detailed review, and I just have to give this place a shout-out, even though my photos are pretty mediocre.
I was in Altay for a business trip, and I wasn't thrilled with the hotel my partner booked. So I switched to this one, and I definitely made the right choice.
I absolutely loved the hotel's vibe. It seemed like a lot of ski enthusiasts were staying here. It's quite new, and the layout is exactly to my liking.
The breakfast was truly excellent. They had rice noodles, which I, a 'southern big potato,' love, and also regular noodles. The laundry room wasn't crowded, and there was a lovely lady in the lobby – she was so beautiful! It seems attractive people gravitate towards attractive hotels. They also have their own coffee bar, and the in-room capsule coffee machine was my absolute favorite.
The location is super convenient, right on the main street in the city center, with snowy landscapes on both sides. There are various restaurants right outside the main entrance.
The room was spacious enough to fit most ski equipment. It's clear they really understand the ski market. They also offer airport pickup, which is a huge plus. I'll definitely bring my family here next time, and I want to stay in a duplex!
