We liked breakfast and bedroom. The. waste bin in the bedroom had previous ladies underwear in it!! The toilet was blocked on the morning when we were leaving, broken tiles in the bathroom and plug hole had so much debri in in when the plug was removed after a bath the debri came to the surface of the bath water.There was no heating , after reporting the lack of heat a male came to check, he said “ if no heat in 30 mins report it again. The heat came on 20 minutes later, for approx 2 hours, not at all in the morning, it was very very cold. All in all a disappointing over night stay. Room 49 needs a lot of TLC .

Came for a local birthday party at a different venue and the staff on reception and on the bar couldn’t have been nicer - even tolerated us for drinks at the bar after our night out. Could not fault the room, hotel or staff at all.
We left items in a cab on the way back to the hotel and they even helped us track them down.
Will certainly be staying here again ❤️

Room felt outdated and carpet could have done with a clean. There was building work going on in other rooms during the stay so I expect that all rooms were going to be updated and refurbished eventually. Didn’t feel that room rate reflected the standard. On a positive note the restaurant was excellent.

Made to feel very welcome, food was great, service was fantastic and the staff were always friendly, on hand and nothing was ever too much. Thank you for a great stay :)
