Definitely a business hotel on the outskirts of Madrid in a fairly unattractive location. Rooms comfortable with a weird glass boxed shower right in the middle. Sort of looks cool but novelty soon wears off. Breakfast was bad, wifi good. It's a taxi ride from anything. Well, maybe a 10 minute walk from a KFC. So overall, price reasonable, service fairly good, rooms fine. Don't stay there unless you've got a reason to be in the neighbourhood.

Hotel Villa Odón's location, (in Villaviciosa De Odón) is a quiet, sleepy neighbourhood that's located on the outskirts of Madrid. The only reason why I selected this particular hotel is because I had to be in this area for an important purpose, therefore, it was the most convenient choice for us. As I normally do, I'll divide this review into the 'Positives' and the 'Negatives'. PROS: Hotel Villa Odón is a clean, orderly and well-maintained hotel. There seemed to be an expansive Conference Hall at the exterior. The lobby was very attractive, and the rooms were done in a simple, and tasteful contemporary design of royal blue, gray and wooden elements. I have to say, I've never stayed in a hotel that looked exactly like the online pictures I saw of it; both on their website, on *********** and on TripAdvisor. They were absolutely identical, just spot on uncanny! Two small free bottles of water were placed by the kettle and complimentary tea accoutrements. The bathroom was small, but had excellent finishing. The shower's water pressure was incredible, steady and super strong! Another feature I liked about the hotel was that it had refillable containers of shower gel, hand soap and shampoo. This proved very convenient, because you didn't have to deal with those pesky miniature tubes which can be really annoying sometimes. I think this is the first and only hotel that I've ever seen offer liquid hand soap and it was great!👌🏽 I normally travel with my own because I hate using those pint size soaps they have, so this was perfect. The staff at Hotel Villa Odón are courteous and polite. We were checked in by JAIME, and later met SUSANA and LAURA- (with the cool pink/maroon dyed hair). 😎 Susana and Laura were all very helpful and professional. At Clover 35 Odón, (seemingly the hotel's sole restaurant), we interacted with JESUS and CRISTOBAL. These guys were really sweet and friendly. At the breakfast buffet in Clover 35 Odón, they had a hot chocolate machine with a brand called 'Perugina Perugia', which dispensed the most delicious hot chocolate I've ever had the pleasure of tasting in my life! ☕️🍫😋 This hot chocolate was sublime; so dark, sweet, rich, and silky smooth to the point of being slimy even!🤤 It was absolutely phenomenal and I looked forward to several cups of that every morning! Every staff member at the hotel, (including Housekeeping) always greeted you with an 'Ola' and a lovely smile. My daughter enjoyed the 2 meals she had at Clover 35 Odón Restaurant. She had Solomillo de Vaca Foie Fresco, (a thin steak) and Lomo Salmón Marinado en Teriyaki Ahumado Y Tallarin de Calabacin, (a salmon dish). CONS: As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, the location of this hotel is not exactly ideal; especially if you're a tourist in Madrid. Villaviciosa de Odón is more or less an industrial type suburb with tons of warehouse like offices and what appeared to be factories, or at least their headquarters or the main branches of national compan

My dad booked this place for us with his free points and it was great. It was a bit far out from the city but it was easy to go on the train. There was a restaurant and a bar and the drinks were pretty cheap for a hotel. There was a big shopping just down the road. We had 3 of us in one room and I got the sofa bed but it was pretty comfy.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, very comfortable and comfortable. The location is great, because it is at 10/15 mnt walking from the center of Fuenlabrada, for the metro near and for me traveling in car is always important the parking theme and have it and free. If you want a clean hotel with a careful staff and you can rest without hearing various noises, I do not doubt this.

We had to be in the Getafe neighbourhood for a few days, so B&B Hotel was an excellent choice for us. Especially given the fact that we had previously just stayed at a Getafe hotel with a less than ideal location. B&B was more centrally located; directly opposite a sizeable Lidl Supermarket, close to a bus stop, several restaurants and within about 10/15 minutes walking distance to the Getafe Central Metro Station. This made it quite convenient and just perfect for us.👍🏽 As I customarily do for my reviews, I'll divvy this up into the 'Positives' and 'Negatives'. PROS: Upon check-in, (and for an extension), we met PATRICIA. Patricia was a jovial, delightful woman who ensured a smooth, hitch-free process. Another staffer we encountered, (for yet another extension of our booking), was CRISTINA GÓMEZ. Christina was just as kind and pleasant. We had a nice chat with her. At check-out, MÓNICA SÁNCHEZ was also an absolute joy to interact with. So as you can see, service at B&B Hotel is absolutely fabulous! Every hotel employee we encountered was 100% professional, so B&B deserves tops marks for exemplary service! 👌🏽 I have no complaints whatsoever about the service that was provided at B&B Hotel, Getafe. We were informed about breakfast in the lobby for an additional fee of 8.50 Euros per person. Unfortunately we were so busy, we didn't get to try B&B Hotel's breakfast during our stay, but I must stay that it looked disappointing when we caught a glimpse of it on our way out one morning. The breakfast was mostly comprised of Breads, Pastries, Frittatas, Cold Meats, Fresh Fruit, Yogurts, Juices, Teas and Coffees. They say 'never judge a book by it's cover', but it just didn't look interesting enough for us to bother trying. I liked the deep blue colored walls, geometric signs/symbols, and a wall with 16 bold paintings hung close to each other by the seating/breakfast area. This is at the Lobby/Reception area. The B&B hotel logo was casually designed with chalk on what looked like a black board. Other written messages on the Reception/Lobby walls were 'smart peope sleep better', 'one cup of free coffee is always a good idea', 'embrace it', 'we have a great connection'- (in reference to the WiFi). This was done in white writing, with a simple font format. There was an actual bike mounted on an exterior wall. Refer to my pictures of it. It was really cool! 🚲 😎 The Reception area was basically 2 black stand alone high desks that housed the computers for processing check-ins and check-outs. These were rather unique. The 'come lift me up' and 'take me down' on the elevators/lifts was my favorite! 😍 Please refer to my posted pictures to see what I mean. The whole place had a cartoony, Pop-Art quality to it that was very appealing to the eye. It was all very fun and funky. 👍🏽 The lobby had a standing fridge with Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chewing Gum, a variety of Sandwiches, Fruit Juices, Energy Drinks, Beer, Carbonated Sodas and Water. Very clean hotel. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Only problem we found was the school entrance right in front of hotel. Very very noisy start of the day and collection times. Apart from that good location for all amenities.

We arrived late, and we were still able to get a pizza to eat at the bar. There are hardly any vegetarian options available, so be warned! However the member of staff kindly made us a pizza with vegetarian toppings only. However we went up to our room which smelt of smoke, it was disgusting despite this being a no smoking hotel, our air conditioning took a long time to cool the room leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep. After having the aircon on for 12 hours, the smell of smoke wasn't too bad, so we kept our room as it seemed this was a common issue at this hotel. The full menu in the bar never seemed available, and some of the 24-hour options were always sold out. There is nothing in walking distance to the hotel. We requested a late checkout, which the hotel offers for €15 euros. To be told, it wasn't available, but we could pay for another night, and *********** also showed availability. It seemed the staff were just unwilling to accommodate.

This is a five star hostel. It’s in a prime location, near puerta del Sol, churrería 1902 is just around the corner and El Corte inglés too. The beds are comfortables and the rooms have a pleasant temperature. The best part is that they offer a safe for free and it made my stay much better as I was able to leave my passport and electronics in it. You need to bring your own padlock or pay €8 in the reception to close the locker you’re assigned. The only downside is that the beds don’t have a curtain and one of the guests snored all night so I couldn’t sleep that night.

We were very comfortable, personal reception very well arrived at 3 a.m. and we were attended with checking,clean,plate shower large comfortable beds very unique pega is that we asked for a marriage bed and put 2 beds and as we were so late we passed ,a little away from Madrid but you save money, ideal for a night if you go to Portugal or Extremadura . well very well.

The location is relatively close to las Rozas village, next to the gas station, you can get there directly when you get off the highway, there is free parking, the room is larger and more comfortable, there is also an elevator, there is a breakfast buffet the next day, and the front desk is also fluent in English , Very good communication. This one is another one we ordered on Ctrip. I found out that someone said I didn’t make a reservation, so I exchanged it with the customer service temporarily, and the customer service made up the price difference, which is very good~
