This hotel is amazing. It has security gate checking all guest. It’s a indoor outdoor hotel with several bars, a great pool, oversized chest boards, restaurants and overall amazing grounds. The food is amazing the overall food no matter the meals is delicious. This is a great place to stay. The rooms are top notch however some guest can be rude and loud after hours so I’m happy the hotel was willing to shutdown the loud party but only by request so TBD. They also do not have a large English speaking staff so Google translate is a must. This is far from downtown Pereira but very affordable in a taxi. I’d stay there again recommend getting a room with a view of the the poolside. Great hotel, stayed several times, checkin always slow, but they get there, but very helpful with bags and room and help with anything else, lobby is nice with cafe/bar adjacent to lobby, lovely barrista. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable, very clean, bathrooms also very clean, WiFi is pretty good too. Maid service excellent and friendly. Restaurant on 3rd floor always has nice food, breakfast is also very good. There is also a rooftop bar and pool that you can eat at. Pool and jacuzzi is lovely, with great views of the mountains and city. Free parking too, very affordable. Will come back again. There are few nice bars and cafes on the street near by Cafe Quindio, La Fogata, La Estación Del Crepe and an excellent mall, 15 min walk Portal del Quindio, lovely park too, Parque de Vida, small entrance fee. Airport 30 min away, public yellow cabs/taxis are reliable and affordable.

This hotel is fabulous. The people who work there were beyond helpful. The rooms are fantastic. The sauna and steam room were spotless. It is located close to amenities. The Pereira Plaza mall is right there. The restaurant took a long time to bring food though.

It's a pleasure to get to the tail every opportunity and feel the staff of the fronk desk warm welcome, a rich tin, at this time I couldn't stay for what I was going through but always super careful, I couldn't leave this care without taking something rich in Sorama and with this impressive view in the night from floor 11, my hotel preferred in the nightclub ....😃👌🧔🏻💫
