Not such a great location however all employees were very nice and went out of there way to make you happy.

Stayed for one night during a cross-country trip with my dog. I arrived late afternoon and after a couple of hours realized the noise from highway traffic just across from the hotel was going to be a problem. I asked at the front desk to see about any options to move rooms and the attendant immediately dismissed any options - despite the fact that it was still early - many rooms still open and I'm a Diamond member. Just no effort to look at another room for me. So, then, needing to find a grass area for my dog to do her business... none exists - just a rocky area across the parking lot - with 110 degree heat on her paws crossing the lot to a bunch of rocks. A homeless man with his dog were huddled nearby scaring the you-know-what out of us. (They also charge $75 per day extra for having a dog). The neighborhood is not good at all to put it mildly. The cost was above average for a Hampton Inn that has not been updated in decades. Overall, just a complete and utter FAIL.

The hotel is near the main road in the city, but the surrounding area feels relatively desolate. Free parking is available at the hotel. The hotel space is closed and relatively safe. The rooms are well-decorated and the facilities are old, but there is no smell. The bathroom is also relatively compact. Generally clean and hygienic, windows can also be opened for ventilation. The sound insulation is not very good and a bit noisy. There is a free breakfast, not many types, but you can eat it. Suitable for passing overnight.

My company hosted a four day event from Tuesday, September 20, 2022 to Friday, September 23, 2022. Erika in catering went above and beyond to make our event run as smoothly as possible, doing the job of multiple people. After the AC not working in one of the conference rooms for two days, Erika took the initative to switch our event to a different room with working AC. During the lunch rush in the hotel restaurant, Erika was taking orders, serving drinks, bringing out orders, and busing tables for 30 to 40 people, at times by herself, with no complaints, only apologies for being understaffed. Erika is truly an asset to this hotel, a joy to work with, and always has a smile on her face. On another note, the hotel is shabby. AC didn't work in the Lounge on the club level and at times in my room.

The hotel and ****** staff are very nice and kind too all its patrons. Ms. Theresa Juancho was very nice and friendly. She is a great front desk associate specialist that works at Isleta Hotel. She makes you feel like a family friend rather than just a hotel guest. She is very accommodating, courteous and kind to all guests at the hotel. She always goes above and beyond anyone's customer service expectations. She always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. You will enjoy your stay here at this hotel. Sheena was very nice and friendly, as well. She was accommodating and kind, as well. She gave a very high level of exceptional customer service, as well. Diedra at front desk was very nice and friendly. She helped me with an issue and gave a very high level of exceptional customer service, as well. She went above and beyond my expectations, as well. Christopher was very nice and friendly, as well. He went above and beyond my customer service expectations. Richard is very nice and friendly from valet. He is very careful with your luggage and accommodating at all levels of service. He always goes above and beyond your customer service expectations. He always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. He is very honest and trustworthy, as well. Joey at valet was very nice and accommodating. He handles your luggage with care, as well. He is very nice and friendly. He goes above and beyond, as well. Victor the head of valet was very kind and courteous. He asked me if I had been treated well by his valet attendants. He was very thorough and efficient. He went above and beyond my customer service expectations, as well. Victor gave a very high level of exceptional customer service, as well. Jordan at the players club was very nice and accommodating. He assisted me with the free gift at the players club. There was a friendly helpful staff. The facilities were very good, but I feel there needs to be more charging outlets [usb ports]. Breakfast was well balanced, I appreciate that.
