There are relatively few buses in the Albufeira area, so it is still suitable for self-driving. The hotel has free parking, and the receptionist at the front desk is very enthusiastic and meticulous, introducing the surrounding attractions in detail. The size of the room is suitable, but the ventilation system is not very good and the room feels damp. The breakfast is very good, including fruit cake, smooth eggs, yogurt, etc., very rich.

Hi another great stay at the aqua Pedro. Food lovely big choice for breakfast staff very nice and helpful. From the cleaners to reception staff all great. Will be back have stayed here 3 times now and never dissapointed. So central but also quiet. Thank you was great holiday. 👍😎

All very well, the best thing is the location where it is located, it is located in the best place in Albufeira in the whole center around nightclubs, bars, a luxury, the area after breakfast very well, chocolate cakes, fruit, squeezed juice, bacon, the super mattress comfortable has air conditioning the room flat screen and balcony with views of all the mello of the party with soundproof glass a luxury I will return 😃😃

Lovely hotel, the room, pool, dining area all spotlessly clean. In a lovely, quiet and relaxing area. The staff are very accomodating, polite & happy. The beach is a 10 minutes walk & is beautiful white sand. Would definitely return. As a solo traveller, i felt safe.

This place has polarizing reviews.. After going there, I understand why. The facilities and services are good. You can use the swimming pool, washer and dryer (performance is poor), sauna and spa for free, and although the building structure is unique (1st and 8th floor reception, 2 elevator transfers, etc.), it's okay if you get used to it. We couldn't find the way by taxi, so we climbed the hill with our suitcases, but the reception on the first floor is near the spar mart. They were friendly, but the air conditioner was broken so I called twice and they didn't come so I just gave up. This place is in the middle of the old town, so I actually made a reservation based on the location, but it's literally in the middle of the club street, so even if you're inside the accommodation, you'll be staying at the concert hall all night long. There's no soundproofing, so you have to enjoy it together until 5 a.m. The noise is another level, as foreign reviews say. I’m traveling around the world, but this place is really ambiguous haha. The breakfast isn’t bad, but it’s just ambiguous… . Personally, I think it would be less noisy and better if it wasn't just in this alley because it's Albupay!!

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. had a nice break here , very good location and nice sea view on fourth floor, clean and nice staff, close to old town , pool lovely, the hotel was a little too quiet for my 12 year old son however as no day entertainment at all , no restaurant at evening either but we like eating out anyway, breakfast was good and staff are all helpful.

We booked this trip as an alternative to a city break in the UK, we were missing Portugal after the last couple of years absence. The cost via Thomas Cook was cheaper with flights and 3 nights here than 3 nights in UK, so we booked. We upgraded to a superior seaview room, it was well worth it, we were blown away with the view, the size of the room and the overall serene vibe to the hotel. We were in the Inatel Praia which is located a short walk from the main Inatel building which is where the pool area is. We did wander across there and the rooms we could see with balconies looked appealing too. You can tell by the photos which building, as the Priai building is all done in pale blue/turquiose decoration and furnishings. The room had 2 single beds pushed together. The bathroom area was like one large galss cube with a band of frosted glass for some privacy. It gave a very modern feel. There was a safe and a small fridge with a flat screen tv on the wall. The large sliding doors out onto the balcony and the sea view was what made this room special, it was so nice to sit and watch everyone walking and playing on the beach and listening to the waves in the evening. Breakfast was in a clean, bright room with doors open onto a terrace so you could take your food out there. It was an adequate breakfast,. Each day there was a variety of bread rolls, croissants, pain au chocolat, cakes, (you had to be really early to get the pastel de nata). There was sliced cheese, a whole camembert to spoon out the centre, brie, tomatoes, soft cheese and pate. Fresh fruit which was lovely and fresh, we had melon, pineapple and huge grapes, strawberries. There were yoghurts, cereals and mixed nits, dried fruti etc. If you like a hot breakfast this possibly would dissapoint you as there was fried eggs, thick slices of buffalo tomato, beans, scrambled egg , bacon and hot dog style mini sausage. My husband did try these but they were not very warm and not very tasty. I enjoyed my breakfast each day and to be honest it made a nice change being forced to choose something other than traditional hot breakfast. There was also 2 varieties of bread for toast and jam, fresh fruit juices, tea and coffee, with yoghurt drinks too. We got the feeling there were not a lot of English speaking staff there, but everyone we encountered were very friendly, smiley and polite. We prefer not to have our room cleaned everyday and left the do not disturb sign out, we got a letter by the door saying they had not done the room as our sign was out but to request any items we were short of and they would bring them to us, nice touch we thought. The location is great, we are a coulple in our 50's and value some level of peace and quiet and like to seek out the hustle and bustle rather than be among it, a very short walk from the escalators and you were there, very convenient. This hotel was by far the worst I've ever stayed in, and it completely ruined my holiday experience. Despite having a spacious suite, the layout was extremely unreasonable. A large portion of the room was wasted space, while the toilet area was unbearably small. The shower enclosure could barely fit two people, and the door failed to prevent water from escaping, resulting in a flooded floor outside. To make matters worse, the slippers provided were not only non-slip but made the floor even more slippery. I had a nasty fall as soon as I stepped into the bathroom, resulting in soaked clothes, a sore bottom, and a scraped hand from hitting the doorknob. If it weren't for my boyfriend grabbing hold of me, I shudder to think what could have happened if my head collided with the sink. The washbasin area was ridiculously tiny, barely leaving any space once a few cosmetic items were placed on it. Furthermore, the basin's drainage was slow. The toilet being positioned right next to the sink made it feel like bacteria could easily spread throughout the bathroom with a single flush. The quality of the paper towels was poor, and the provided shampoo and conditioner were unpleasant to use. As for the bedroom, I couldn't believe that in a supposed 5-star hotel, the twin beds were just two single beds pushed together. This caused us to get stuck in the gap between the beds during the night. Furthermore, the duvet was as thin as a sheet, and the mattress lacked the necessary softness and flexibility for a comfortable sleep. Overall, the sleeping experience was subpar. To top it all off, I am filled with anger because I missed the abysmal breakfast buffet's operating hours. I just wanted to have a good sleep and I woke up at almost 10:30am and couldn't get the breakfast in the hotel. It is beyond my comprehension why the hotel would only offer breakfast until 10:30 am. In my experience, most hotels of this caliber have breakfast service until at least 11 am, considering that guests may want to sleep in and still enjoy a meal. It feels incredibly impersonal and inconsiderate to force customers to wake up before 10 am or risk missing breakfast. I paid nearly 400 pounds for a 3-night stay at this hotel, which is situated in the middle of nowhere with unattractive decor and subpar facilities. The service provided was devastating, and I deeply regret booking this hotel. To those reading this review, I advice that if you don't want to waste a significant amount of money and ruin your mood, please avoid this disgraceful establishment that dares to call itself a 5-star hotel. It is nothing short of a scam.
