Gate buzzer was answered on arrival. Basic information given. First problem was the TV did not work, this was fixed. Second the plug on the kettle would not go into the socket. The management was called and he came down and with great force managed to plug the kettle in. We left it plugged in for our 3 day stay. The plug on the fridge did not fit the socket as it was not a compatible socket. The remote would not work to turn the TV off the first night. We called the hotel number on the card with no reply. We called the emergency number and also no reply. We used the bed cover on the single bed to cover the TV so that we could sleep. No towel rails in bathroom to hang up towels. They were just draped over the shower door frame by the cleaning staff. Not answering the Emergency Phone number is inexcusable. I can not recommend this hotel.

The villa itself is beautiful with a big garden and a lovely pool. Service was very good and kind. Room was fine and clean but the bed was very bad im afraid. Maddress was hard to sleep on and the bed made loud noices just from sitting on it. AC would not go below 20c.

Jonathan and his family is very hospitable. Private garden with swimming pool was lovely after long days exploring the Como area. Lots of options to get food delivered and enjoy it in the garden. The area is a bit outside Como city yet it is quiet, Pelè (cat) and Zoey (minipincher) and all the chickens and Peacocks gave fresh eggs for breakfast and kept it calmly entertaining.

I travel frequently, and Villa Cuore management provided the best, proactive, personalized customer service I ever recall receiving from a hotel. My room had beautiful balcony with stunning views. Wonderful location.

We spend four nights at villa cuore when travelling in the Como area. This is a small place far from the noicy surrownds but clode enough to the Como city and other interest places in the area. Just 6 rooms, good simple breakfast, you awake with chikens walking in the garden, there is a pool for refreshment, we don't use it. Just take in account that the first time get good information to get there, since the neighbours can not led you how to get ther and there are not any road announcemnt. Event the GPS did not find the via di monte. But since you are there we recommend this place. There are some restaurants close to this place. We recomend Al pesce dela Vela. See our specific comment for that
