Convenient location but disappointing customer service. Upon arrival, there were no bath towels in our room and none of the TV subscription channels worked. The receptionist, Claire, spent 45 minutes trying to fix the TV but had no success. She then returned a half hour later with an HDMI cable and told us that was the best she could offer at this time. While we were grateful for her efforts, we requested some sort of reimbursement given the problem was not properly resolved and we had lost almost 2 hours of our evening whilst she tried to fix it. Surprisingly, Claire was quite rude and refused to offer any sort of reimbursement saying we had basic TV channels. Although it was understandably not her fault that the TV did not work properly, we were surprised by her abrasive response to the situation considering she was unable to properly resolve the issue. If the hotel advertises subscription channels in the bedroom and it is malfunctioning, we would expect some sort of reimbursement. We will not be staying here again.
