"Very nice hotel with "rooms" (trulli) scattered throughout Alberobello, impeccable cleaning of the trullo as well as attention to detail. Having many trulli scattered around the town the reception is not within walking distance and consequently not even where you have breakfast. Very helpful since we delayed by 20 minutes the time of our breakfast that we had booked between 10 and 10.30. Appreciated the tea that was offered but a coffee machine in the trullo would have been much better and it was a real shame to check out between 9 and 10.30. Recommended to try at least for 2 nights.. Thanks"

"The hotel was booked via our travel agency so, 1 day before arriving we were informed this was the hotel we would stay in. We were very happy we choose for the superior class hotel. We arrived at 12:30 am, and fortunately there was a night concierge that received us and checked us in. He was very kind and we had to possibility still to buy a beer. Since we arrived in the dark, and not seen anything of the surroundings yet, we were very pleasantly surprise when we woke up the next morning and saw the hotel area. It is located in the outer land and it is very quite. The standard room we stayed in was large, and there was a great large bed, a fridge, and a nice shower. The breakfast is extensive, and despite the groups, they were always early, so when we cam for breakfast, it was quite again, and we enjoyed our breakfast 5 times on the terrace outside... wonderful. The staff is all very helpful and willing to help you when you want something. From this hotel it is easy to drive to Trulli city Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopolie Matera.... etc. All within a distance of 20 - 45 minutes.. perfect. We enjoyed our stay a lot, and would definitely come back again."

"It was in the best location for sightseeing! It was great to stay in a trullo! The room was very cute 🩷 I was lucky because bread and drinks were placed in the kitchen and were free ✌️ The staff even made Italian coffee for me, and I was told that I could use the coffee maker and coffee powder freely, which was very appreciated ~ (^^) I was also able to ask for a paid airport transfer, and since I had time, they also took me to some of the tourist spots in Bari, which was very nice! If you go to Alberobello, I recommend this place!"

"Beautiful structure especially comfortable. Very close to the center of Alberobello that you can reach walking. There is no reserved parking but we have always found the place near. Essential rooms. Breakfast is quite rich. It seemed only unprofessional to pay the bottles of water in the room, not for the cost, but because they are now of free courtesy everywhere"

"This hotel is conveniently located in a quiet green location and within easy walking distance to the historical Trulli district. Parking space is adequate for cars and tourist buses. The pool and garden are well maintained and a pleasure to admire and enjoy. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate, and the service good. If you are driving, it is a good base to visit other localities such as Locorotondo, Ostumi, Brindisi, the Castellana Caves and Monopoli. I recommend the hotel and would return there without hesitation."

"This property is awful. The rooms are very small, no light, no amenities. For two days no hot water, the manger argued an issue with their water heater never resolved. the toilet flusher stopped to work after one day, never fixed for 2 days. Upon my request for a refund of remaining night, the manager literally disappeared, and he never answered the phone to me, and also to ******* that was trying to contact him. I wonder how the local authorities give a business license to this property, that has hundreds of issues and customer service is their last option. Very bad, and never back again"

Excellent cleaning, comfortable trolls and accessories of all the needs. I want to add a great thankfulness to the owner, Mrs Angela, who is really available, kind and careful, I will return to Puglia and stay here again. Thank you for these two wonderful days."

"There are pros and cons to The Alcove, where we stayed for two nights in a cycling trip in Puglia. Pros: 1. Central Location; 2. Pretty Decor; 3. Comfortable Bed & Pillows; 4. Friendly and Helpful Staff; and 5. Great Breakfasts. Cons: 1. No shower, instead a handheld sprayer and tub; 2. Our room faced the busy street/pedestrian walkway, which was very loud. We were awakened early both mornings to the trash and recycling trucks."

"I spent one night at Hotel Lanzillotta and it was a lovely experience. The room was small but clean and comfy with a little balcony (great despite the terrible weather). The staff were great and very accommodating, helpful and always smiling! The breakfast was great with lots of fresh cakes and other options. I was by myself and felt completely safe and secure, which is particularly important for a female travelling alone. Thank you guys! I will recommend to any of my friends visiting Alberobello."

"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful trullo! The location is excellent, right next to a landmark church. We loved hearing the historic church bells every hour—it wasn't loud or bothersome at all, just very charming. It is also an easy 10-minute walk to the main tourist area. For those driving, we managed to find a safe and free parking spot just a 5-minute walk from the property. The host was wonderful and very thoughtful, leaving us a sweet welcome gift that included a bottle of white wine, bottled water, biscuits, and a local map. The only downsides were that the sofa was a bit saggy and the bed in the loft was too soft. Also, since there is no air conditioning, it got very hot at night during the heatwave. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with great hospitality, but something to keep in mind if you visit during peak summer!"

"Everything about our stay was perfect. Antonia sent us a WhatsApp before arrival with clear instructions. She then met us as arranged, checked us in, and gave us details of the car park - about 300 m away. As others have described, the trullo is beautiful and is perfectly situated, close to the Main Street but far enough away - about 150 m - to be peaceful. Breakfast in the bar round the corner is simple but perfectly adequate - juice, coffee, croissant. And the town is amazing!"
