When we first arrived in Auckland, my husband booked the hotel and thought the environment was okay. We considered continuing to stay there when we returned to the South Island. We booked 4 nights. After checking in, we found that the room was too different from the room we stayed in earlier. We communicated with the front desk to change rooms, but the reply was that there was no room and they were staying in their room. It was full. The most depressing thing is that the basic kitchen and dining facilities in the room are not complete. The funny thing is that there are no disposable slippers. The reason is that there are too many Chinese tourists and they have been used up. On the third night of my stay, the outdoor air conditioner upstairs was dripping. It was ticking all night, and we had no choice but to spend four nights' room rate and check out early after staying for three nights.

The location is excellent, on the North Shore of Auckland, very close to Tangrenhui. Within a 10-minute drive, there are all kinds of supermarkets and shopping malls, and a lot of delicious food. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, and there is cleaning service every day Facilities: All household appliances and equipment are available. The suite is large in size, has a walk-in closet, an open kitchen, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a TV. It is very comfortable to live in. Service: The most important thing is the hotel's service. On the second morning after we checked in, the car we rented had no battery and could not start. When the hotel found out, they immediately hired three staff members to help deal with the problem, and they quickly connected the phone. On fire. The service staff have a very good attitude, enthusiastic, serious and kind. During our stay, our needs were met quickly, thumbs up!

I have been studying abroad here for six years. I have stayed in a hotel with the best environment. I also like it. It is new and the price is okay. It is just a little far. If you come to travel, it is better to have a car.

Parking is very convenient, no one cleans it during the stay, the house is quite new, but the location is far away from the airport and the city center. Not suitable for people without a car. There are Chinese restaurants around 15 minutes' drive away

It’s convenient for travel and is great for family travel. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a washing machine with drying function. It’s like living in one bedroom and one living room. I like it very much.
