The treatment of the concierge was terrible, the structure accepts dogs on request and with a supplement, it's a shame that the weight of the dog is not specified and after informing them that we had a large dog on arrival we were told that they didn't know if he were a large dog and that they would make an exception to accept him. After this unpleasant start to check out my husband was reprimanded by the owner (I think) saying that dogs cannot stay in the suite and my husband clarified that we had advised that we had a dog and not a small dog. All annoyed we paid 80 euros for the supplement for the animal which was always with us in the room because it was a dog used to living in an apartment and which we always took to luxury facilities without ever receiving any complaints. They immediately sent a lady to check before departure that the room was okay and I understood the characters and took videos and photos of the condition of the room and how it was left. Almost a month later, immediately after having given a bad review, my husband was contacted by Booking because the structure requested 300 euros in compensation for damage to the sofa which was not received. So if you have animals but in general forget it, they are dishonest and not up to par at all.
