Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey

Location and view is marvelous. I would highly recommend this place if you want to relax and enjoy good food. Boating ride we took the package from the hotel and it was very reasonable for full 2 hours of ride over backwaters and it was awesome. Staff is very friendly and prompt.
Time Square Boutique Hotel & Spa
3.9/512 Reviews
I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel ***agement might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on ***y fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests
Baywatch Beach Resort

First of all I have to address that the staff is very friendly and Mr. Mathew helped me a couple of times giving me lift to a medical center treating my bad back. I can't express my gratitude enough. When I first came there were to women with poor English showing me the wrong room. They were very friendly but it was clearly not the AC room I booked. After a phone call with Mr it was fixed. The room was big and fine. Not super clean but still not unclean. Shower had low pressure, as common, and the warm water took some time to come. There were almost no information about what I care of - wifi-info and when the breakfast is served. After first I met Mr and he is very friendly and has excellent English. He helped me out with a doctors appointment and drove me there two times. Very nice guy! The location is close to the railway so you will hear train whistles. This place is definitely not sound proof. Right across a small road you'll find the beach. Good restaurants avaliable within 1 km both north and south of this place.
Marari Beach Resort - CGH Earth
4.5/57 Reviews
We had a nice one day short stay at Marari Beach Resorts during my annual vacation. Wonderfull location and fantastic ambience. Breakfast which was included in the package had a wide spread and very nice. Restaurant serves mainly authentic Kerala cousine . We tried Kerala Kozhi curry and Panni piralan ***** with Wheat Paratha which was very tasty. Staff was very cooperative and helping. My wife developed severe migraine in night and they took the pain of getting the the tablet we requested in the late night hours. Beach is just outside the compound and very clean.Being a deep beach we not recommended to get into water Evening tea was seved in the garden prepared in the traditional mobile chaya kada with banana fritters and cake which was complimentary from the resorts. We felt restaurant was little overpriced. Overall a memorable experience and would recommend to visit
Marari Dreamz Homestay

We concluded our trip of South India at Marari Dreamz which was the ideal place to relax. The resort style villas are modern, clean, comfortable and safe and within walking distance to Marari Beach. This is one of the best clean beaches in South India which offers an expanse of sandy beach. Each morning fisher*** set sail on traditional ***-made boats to secure their catch of the day. Marari Dreamz is ***aged by Allwyn and Jency, who have years of experience in tourism and hospitality - so much so that you feel part of their family. I personally fell in love with their dog Chengu. They are both generous, honest, kind and will even offer cooking classes. Jency cooks an array of fresh dishes daily which inspire you to continue cooking back home (she'll even provide the recipes). Allwyn and Jency will inform you about activities available in the area and will arrange any transport, bookings and ticket requirements that you may need. Allwyn took us to an incredible sunset spot ***** Marari Beach which was truly memorable. You can enjoy a trip to a working coir factory where you will see how coconut husks are turned into beautiful floor mats, visit a traditional Ayurveda home for an authentic massage using natural organic oils (off the beaten tourist path), take a shopping trip to the hustle and bustle of Alleppey (The Indian Coffee house is worth the visit), or enjoy a cruise on Kerala's beautiful Alleppey backwaters in a traditional 'kettuvallom.' I would most certainly stay here again. FEATURES: Large bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fans; Large bathroom with warm water; Free wifi; Option for private pool or use of general pool; Clean and tidy grounds; Incredible fresh homemade cooking; Walking distance to the beach; Close to traditional Ayurveda treatments; Safe and secure at all times (including a safe in your room); Clean the rooms daily with fresh towels; Numerous books to read!
