The hotel was continuously cleaned, both in the rooms and around the entire complex The staff were very accommodating friendly and helpful Especially Emrah, who always went above and beyond for the family Water features were amazing, the children said 10/10 The spa treatments were lovely

Id give 5 stars to the room because in all honesty, it was nice and clean. Kudos to the Housekeeping Team! they maintain the hotel really spotless clean. The furnitures in the room are good quality. They are modern and chic. The beach is right across the road and park. There are good restaurants, supermarkets in the area We didnt really eat a lot in the restaurant even if we paid for all inclusive. We had a meal or two, id say, they were okay. But I do love the egg station! The staff in the restaurant are polite and friendly. Security officer on duty was always on the phone and he was not even looking at us every SINGLE time we go in and out of the hotel entrance. We stayed there for 5 days and we never saw him looking at us at all. He was constantly on the phone. We were even joking to apply for his job because it would have been an awesome job to sit and just stay on the phone and then get paid. It is written in their key card case that it is forbidden to bring outside food. The hotel restaurant is not open 24/7. I am wonderig what's the fridge for?

Rudest staff I’ve ever come across. The food is good and the hotel is clean . Location is decent but no customer service it’s 2023 learn some manners Also don’t expect people to come back if your going to be so ignorant Shambles

The hotel itself was very nice, clean and modern, but the staff was kinda rude, they didn’t make us drinks, only vodka in tall glass and you had to pour juice from the machine yourself, they did not speak very well english so telling them what we wanted was hard. The beach was crowded because the beach chairs were expensive and nobody wanted to pay, so everybody was on towels in front of the sea… We were also told that it’s a sand beach but it was not. The food was bland and same everyday. The location of the hotel was perfect!

I enjoyed the whole experience. Pro's & Cons. Pros; The hotel food was really good. I really appreciate that for the 7 nights I stayed, there was different types of food available. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to print out our boarding passes by the reception free of charge. My room was cleaned everyday and the cleaner reminded me to change the sign on my door if it needed cleaning, as I was quite forgetfull. I wish I saw the lady who cleaned my room the day I left so I could tip her. There are events for the children every evening, which was entertaining for them and kept them happy. The location was perfect because once we stepped out of the hotel, the beach was a minute away, there restauarents, supermarkets, convenience stores and clothing stores scattered everywhere. This is a really good hotel which was a great price booked here on *******. Cons; The hotel room we booked stated "Double Bed" once I booked it. We were given 2 single beds pushed together. The sleep I had because of this was uncomfortable every night. The change of towels provided by hotel cleaning staff had stains on them, which I gladly didn't use. It is impossible to get a sunbed at the hotel because people would leave there towels at night and hotel staff would take them off and put them all back by 6am. 7 nights and not a single time could I get a decent sunbed as they were all unfairly hogged by people. And when you go to the beach they charge you for them.

Just recently come back from 7 days holiday in Turkey. Kahya hotel generally speaking is amazing -reception team are great , food is great , entertainment is great . The only reason I have to leave bed review is Asan which work in old lobby bar. He was rude and unprofessional- every night we were having two glass of wine and two juices for the kids . The first night he got the bottle of wine , and rudely said to me if I want to take whole bottle of wine , as apparently two glass of wine is too much !!!! When I ask to make mocktails for kids - he simply didn’t want to do it- no ice , no lemons slices . And when we start walking away - he laughed at our back . I do understand that he wanted tips ,but to get a tips you have to provide at least minimum customer service . Really dissatisfied with his non existent service . Please avoid at all cost

First time ; went with sibs and mum . Price point suited everyone’s budget . Not disappointed at all . Very clean and friendly environment and families can enjoy this place . Food was plentiful and great variety. Vegetarianism catered for . Staff were extremely polite , helpful and informative. Mustaffa on the naan/ bread station was most helpful and such a cheerful person ( he hasn’t asked a mention btw ) . And Hasan the bracelet’ artist ‘ was also very good at his craft ; ordered many bracelets with names painted on and all recipients chuffed ! Impressed enough to revisit in future .
