Nice and clean hotel in a good location. We had a family room in C block with a side sea view which we liked. On arrival they gave us a room which had not been cleaned, which was a let down after long travel and no apologize was given. Food was good but the restaurant lacked atmosphere. Service in the restaurant was excellent but the reception was quite blunt and sometimes even rude.

Food would be better. For me every day all food was like same taste. I would love to see some more European food not so much veird Turkish food. There is no wifi in the beach which is a big minus. Room cleaned every day. Good service and friendly staff.

I stayed at the hotel in the first week of October 2023. The hotel, although located in a large crowd of other hotels, has an excellent location. Everything is close... on the other side of the street we have a beautiful palm park with beautifully illuminated fountains at night, and right behind it is the nice sandy beach of Kleopatra. Behind the hotel, on one of the main streets, there are bazaars. If you go right for 1 km you will reach their center, and right next to the bazaars there is a beautiful port with fascinating ships. Leaving the hotel to the left, after about 300 meters you will reach the cable car to the top with the fortress. Hotel guests are mainly elderly people, 80% from Germany. Clean rooms, cleaned every day, good service, good food... we recommend this hotel. The only disadvantage is that it is far from the airport in Antaly - 2 hours by bus.

Fresh food. - service drinks at buffet To tabletti when Lunch and Donner exra 10+ For that - bar Restaurant good service To tables. Friendly workers - reseption workers also help full, only one not "" understand" us 😉 -invalid thing dissabilitu peoble they are helpfil.. But remember old building and examble elevator too small To wheelchair - familyrooms toiletseat is little, not good To dissability peoble - rooms are very clean and rhey give water bottles To room every day. -near is many restaurants - you can rento bike, wheelchair, at hotel. - pool area 2 pools near everything. - inside pool was closed.. We didnt know it, before we go To hotel. - thank you elfull staf/ manageri, and everybody at hotel. We realu enjoyed our holiday and one reason was smiley workers 😊🥰 -

We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Riviera & Spa. The food is very extensive every meal. There are Turkish dishes, but if you really don't want that, you can also put together a meal that is more Western European. There is more than enough choice. All inclusive drinks are fine. Too bad that cocktails are not included, if only the standard cocktails. The coffee and tea are tasty. You can grab coffee and tea almost all day long. Rooms spotless. Just like the rest of the hotel. You see permanent staff cleaning. You can eat off the floor. Swimming pool very clean. You are not allowed to reserve a lounger with a towel, but unfortunately that happens anyway. It is not maintained. But in itself we were able to get a bed. Perfect location. Right in the center by the sea. You cross the one-way street and you are on the beach. You can rent beds on the beach, but we just sat on our towel. Within walking distance of all shops, walking distance from the harbor where all the pirate ships are located and walking distance from the cable car and the cave. Walking distance from all kinds of restaurants where you can also have a drink, for example. And smoke a hookah. We found the staff in the restaurant to be friendly. There was a gentleman who was less friendly. At the reception too. One was much friendlier than the other. Chambermaids were very friendly All in all a good hotel in the center with good food and everything nearby. Very different from the hotels far from the city we've seen. Those are huge resorts. I think they have more in the hotel in terms of service, but outside the door there is nothing to be found there. It's just what you like more.

The hotel is excellent in every way, my wife and I had a great time during our week there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the all inclusive catering was impeccable, the quality of the food, drinks and choice was above expectations. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the beach and also close to the city centre. There are plenty of short and long programs departing from Alanya, in case you want to get out and about. It is fantastic value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a real relaxing holiday.

We have spent the whole week in the hotel and we are extremely satisfied. The room was clean, the staff helpful. The hotel is situated close to Cleopatra’s beach, nearby a lot of playgrounds for kids. The spa staff is really helpful and professional. We do recommend! We have tried the Turkish bath and it was en awesome experience! They are trully professional! The best of all was all inclusive. The food was not only extremely delicious but also served and offered in the most elegant way. The food was always decorated in such a way that it made you eat everythig. And everything was tasty. Huge choice of main dishes, desserts etc. Every day something new to choose from! The only drawback was alcohol choice: all inclusive offered no colored drinks, just vodka and gin. Everything else you have to pay for. But, as we are not of drinkers, it did not bother us. All in all: we would definately be back there! Thank you!
