Really nice position, cozy and well equipped rooms, moderate delicious meal... but need to inform about one important moment : if u wanna stay in a room with a view overlooking not to the building wall (and this wall literally 30 cm just away from your window!) near the hotel u need to pay more about 30% -40% of a room price in addition to the room price.... we found out about this just when we came to the hotel, there is no information about it neither on the trip nor on the hotell site lending... by the way thanks for the lesson ...also, we came to the hotel just 2 hours before the check in time, the room was ready, but the guy at the reception said we had to pay extra 30€ for the so-called early check in. he added that this information is on their website, but actually there wasn't. We checked it. It was the first time in Turkey when they asked to pay extra money just for 2 hours even though the room was ready...very disappointing. All in all, we planned to prolong our stay at this hotel one week more but due to the price policy and personal policy of the receptionist we didn't.

Clean beautiful hotel. Close to beach. Good food.

A good hotel in Alanya, we can say that this is a four, but with an error, that in the city of Alanya. Normal breakfast. Good location close to the beach and to the main center (I think it's a Starbucks). Wifi works well. There is a gym, but scarce. The rooms are big. There is another cool feature: this is a view of the sea and ... at the cemetery) you can watch the sunset and the sunset of any life. It didn't bother us :)

Right in front of the beach, friendly, clean, and good hygiene. The only downside is that there aren't many places to park. However, the location and surroundings were very good.

White City beach is so lovely ! Hasan is very kind and is a good laugh !! ,this holiday had no faults whatsoever the food is lovely! Rooms are wonderful and with a beautiful view of the sea ! ,I would definitely recommend !!! Will definitely be back

Riviera zen is a very nice hotel in Alanya. Professional, fun and caring staff. You feel very welcome when you come there. Had especially two people who always gave that extra experience when I was there. Elif the only woman who worked there is an amazing woman, so caring and just wanna do her best always. Also an elder man I unfortunately don’t have the name of but he always asked if we were okay when we had lost our luggage and bringing our drinks before we asked. Such sweet people! The rooms are always nice and clean and comfortable. Worth a visit!

I had a very lovely stay at Riviera Zen. The hotel is cosy, very clean and friendly staff. The pool water super and the sea nearby! The Haman at the hotel, which you can book with Ali is perfect!! I recommend! The food is fresh good and healthy. Would surely come back!

Hotel was amazing, big and clean room🤍 Amazing customer service and waiters Food was good, different foods whole week and there is something for everyone ! Pool area was clean and beautiful🩷 Hotel is almost at the beach, only one small road to cross to the beach. Would heavily recommend !🩷

We stayed 10 nights there and we really liked the place. It has been recently renovated and everything is new, clean and stylish. Room was not very big but it had everything we needed - we even got a great view to the sea! Staff was mostly very friendly, some of the guys were not so. Breakfast and dinner were great, lunch was pretty good - but in 10 days food got repeatitive. Pool area was very nice. Location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. Their spa is very nice to take hamami. Only bad thing is zero sound proof - so you might need a good pair of earplugs to sleep tight. Still the best hotel in Alanya we have been so far!

Lovely hotel, now my favourite in Alanya. Food is great. All new and clean. Such lovely staff, so friendly. And I've been to a lot of hotels here, it's just a gem. I will come back again, now my 2nd time here. Very well situated. Can't fault a thing.

Lovely hotel, currently here. Peaceful, modern and relaxing. The staff absolutely brilliant, especially in the pool bar. Food is nice too, and the drinks they have proper wine and Schweppes tonic etc. lovely pool area and fresh rooms. I’ve been to many hotels in Alanya, this goes to my top five at least.

I really loved this hotel. The location is perfect - right in front of the beach and 500 meters from the city center and Alanya Bazar. Rooms are very modern, clean and cozy. The staff is really kind and helpful and they do their best to make you satisfied. This was our 6th year in Alanya and I can tell that the chef in this hotel is the best. Food is absolutely delicious, fresh and tasty. If we would go to Alanya again, I would definitely stay in Riviera Zen Hotel.
