There was no complimentary fruit, complimentary chocolate, or any welcome amenity in the room. Usually, 5-star hotels provide complimentary items for their guests. Additionally, the single bed was too small for a 5-star hotel. Even when single beds are provided, they are normally of a good and comfortable size. I also expected better overall facilities, as they were not particularly impressive for a 5-star hotel. I recently stayed at Waldorf Astoria and Anantara in Ras Al Khaimah, and they were far more refined and truly felt like 5-star experiences. To be honest, I expected more from InterContinental, as I have visited this hotel brand in many locations around the world. Unfortunately, this property did not meet the standards of other InterContinental hotels I have experienced. I hope this will be addressed, as little details truly matter and make a big difference.

The rooms were really nice as bd clean , we enjoyed the beach and the restaurant was nice

I recently stayed for one night and was very impressed with the overall experience. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and offers a wide range of facilities for guests to enjoy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of refreshments such as water and juices available throughout the resort, which made the stay even more comfortable in the hot weather. The room was beautifully designed and offered a stunning view. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

One of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too.
