Everything was at a very high standard. Room was extremely spacious and very clean. Staff had superb customer service skills. The duty manager Mr Mohamed Emara was particularly helpful in resolving a mistake that I made when booking. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will plan to go back with kids next time as the hotel appeared to be very child friendly as well.

Traveling with my family, it was my first time to Ras Al Khaimah. Because of Eid, the hotel was very busy and I had to wait for more than an hour to check in. The beach is beautiful and there is a standard golf course. The room is relatively large, and there is no problem for a family of four. There are two large beds and a sofa. Overall, the room is good. There is a cloakroom and the partition is good and convenient. The children had a lot of fun. There is a swimming pool for children.

Beautiful experience. The place is amazing, in the middle of the nature. Perfect to have a weekend of relax. The pool is just in front of the sea so you can enjoy whatever you prefer. Very good vibes. The service was excellent, the staff very professional.

Visited for breakfast yesterday. Wow, absolutely amazing. Beautiful setting, sitting outside. So much variety on the buffet. Even Tiramisu croissants! . Hostess Nari was lovely, very sweet, perfect for the job. Waiter Vinay was very efficient and pleasant. Trang was her lovely self, overseeing everything. . The eggs Benedict were the best I’ve had, brought out by a lovely friendly chef. Nice touch. Hotel not been reopened long, after extensive renovations. Great improvements. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Stayed two nights at the Waldorf, we dined at Umi on the 2nd night and Charlie went above and beyond to look after us and my 3 year old. I love this hotel for all that it does for its guests. It’s very family friendly and it also caters for couples getaway.

Amazing experience. Food was top notch and I loved the personalized consumer experience. Sujith from Qasr Al Bahr was very helpful, kind and cordial with us. I loved the whole atmosphere and it truly radiated positivity. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and extended family.
