My Wife and I wanted a relaxing break in the sun so we booked this hotel as it offered the Honeymoon Suite which was self contained with private pool. On our arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who helped to check us in and then we were taken too our suite in a buggy by a very friendly Porter who took care of our cases while we looked around our amazingly spacious and beautiful Suite. We couldn't get over the size of our suite including the pool outside eating area and two chill out areas not forgetting the outstanding views over the Mediterranean Sea. The service and friendliness of all the staff was always welcoming including Stelios Who always asked how we were and how our day had been. The Restaurant staff always welcomed us and were there for what ever we needed including Artemis, Katerina Maria and Giorgos. The Bar staff Giaumis and the two Giorgos' were always friendly and happy to make any cocktail we asked for and even the Flaming Sambucas that were impressive. Cristian was so friendly and came and sat with us for chats and even card games Such a nice Guy Well done in your first season in Crete. We Were treated two a bottle of bubbly and a selection of fruit just a day into our stay also a few days later a selection of sweet pastries and two bottles of Raki which was an experience in its self. The day before our departure we received a complimentary bottle of wine which was also a nice touch. Our Cleaners were so nice and friendly and kept our suite clean and also the outside space such hard workers.Thank you Ladies ! The Staff on reception led by Michalitsa were always on hand to help with anything from bus timetables to printing off our forms and much more. Back to our Suite we cant say enough great things about this it was the best we have ever had the pleasure to stay in everything was spot on and the views including the sunsets were amazing. On our last day we were given a goodie bag by Michalitsa which was such a nice touch and the bag with all the names on and the card as well so nice Thank you. Dimitris you have a wonderful Hotel and Spa and your Staff are a true Credit to you. A Big Thank you to all of you for making our stay at MR&MRS WHITE an enjoyable and relaxing one.
