The room I reserved for 2 nights was not available.
I only stayed for one night, and for the other night, due to a mistake at the hotel, I couldn't stay in the room I wanted and was moved to a room for people with disabilities. I had a lot of friends who went with me, and I thought about it a lot before deciding and paying for the accommodation first...
I feel so sad...
And I felt even worse because the first man at the hotel treated me poorly.
I can't trust this app either.
I can't trust that hotel either.
I don't want to make a reservation using this app anymore.
I never want to go to this hotel again.

The room, bathroom, and meals were all very good. thank you for your kindness.
The only inconvenience was that the air conditioner settings were centrally managed and I couldn't switch between heating and cooling in the room. It was late October and the heating was turned on, but on the day we stayed, the weather was nice and the sunlight coming through the large windows was pleasant, so the room temperature rose. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but the only option I had was to open the window to let in some air because it was managed all at once...I thought it would be nice to be able to use both air conditioning and heating during the change of seasons.

The view from the open-air bath was wonderful and the children were happy. Also, the facility has been renovated and every corner was thoroughly cleaned (except behind the safe), which was very nice. All the staff were friendly and I had a good time. I would like to stay again.
