Staff are friendly and helpful in general. Pity that the kimonos are a bit too big for ladies.

An excellent hotel with hotspring and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy the hotspring with the sea view. I have seen the sunrise and sunset in the hotspring, it is very very remarkable. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they will help you to set up tatami when you went for the dinner. Everything is so decent and wonderful. Highly recommend people to discover this hidden gem in Hyogo.

We had a great time at this hot springs. The view from the room was excellent. We also enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The hotel staff were friendlyand considerate. We couldn't catch the free shuttle and ended up taking a cab, after spending good amount of time in Himji castle. As the hotel name suggests, the view from the hot springs was outstanding.

Excellent views. Very friendly and helpful service. Extraordinary food as I’d requested for vegetarian kaiseki and they excelled at it! Special shout out to Chef Ohmura and staff Miss Seiyama who truly lived delivered omotenashi client service

雰囲気は落ち着いていて大人向け。 ベッドと眺望、部屋の露天風呂はリピートしたいくらい良質でルームサービスもとても行き届いていました。今まで宿のお風呂に拘りはありませんでしたが、こちらの露天風呂付きのお部屋に宿泊して初めてまた来たいと思いました。 食品のアレルギーは予約の際にお伝えして問題なく対応して頂き、同行した喫煙者の話では喫煙室もとても快適だったとのことです。 従業員の方々の対応や気遣いも細やかで、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。

還暦祝いと銀婚式祝いを兼ねて利用。 思いがけず温かいおもてなしを受けて嬉しかったです。 あいにく到着日は天候に恵まれませんでしたが、翌日は青空が広がりHP通りの美しい景色に感動！ 露天風呂は最高に気持ちが良く、お料理も美味しいし、リニューアルしたてのお部屋も素晴らしくて、いつか友人も連れて行きたいと思いました。 マネージャーの方が親切で、明るく働いておられる外国人従業員の方も好印象。 みなさん日本語が達者で驚きました！

知り合いに勧められて、泊まりました。温泉からの景色は絶景です！ 部屋からも海が見え、大満足です。料理もおいしかったです。 風が強かったのが少し残念ですが、遊歩道もあり、夕食前にゆっくり散歩することもできました。 その他は部屋で海を眺めながらゆっくりしましたが、癒しの旅でした。 また、旅館に到着した際のサービスも良かったです。皆さん丁寧に対応してくださいました。 職場の知人にも勧めました。 また必ず伺います‼️
