Compare to other Daiwa Roynet group it’s the best Daiwa Roynet hotel we ever visited in Japan. The staff was polite and genuine. The house keeping done a really great job.

Near train station. Hotel look modern and room is relatively big and clean . Laundry (self service ) is located inside the onsen room . There is also a fridge with free ice cream . Stay is great and wouldn’t mind staying here again

The room was okay, pretty standard. They have hot springs, but using them is such a hassle. Women need a key card to enter, and you have to go to the front desk every single day to get a new one. If you don't, you can't get in – it's incredibly inconvenient. Plus, there are only two massage chairs, and one of them was broken. Why isn't it fixed? Just one working massage chair is nowhere near enough. And there's only one indoor hot spring, which feels very basic.

I used this hotel for a business trip. The facilities were new and made for a comfortable stay. The public bath, in particular, was very clean and pleasant to use.

Amazing location. I really enjoy my stay here, as it is near to many great landmark, very very convenient. There is also a convenient store downstairs, and staff speak excellent English. Very helpful, and services are top notch. Highly recommend if you are visiting Akita for the first time, don’t waste your time to look for other hotel. Just book this one.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and has all things you needed when traveling. Hotel is only about 3 minutes’ walk to the train station and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We will stay in the hotel again when visiting Akita next time.
