Ramada Properties in Ajman

Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect for us. The apartment was spacious and the aircon brilliant.The sofa and bed comfortable and the safe was perfect to store pur passports. Staff were extremely accommodating. Cutlery and dishes were provided upon request,Water pressure was good, the amenities were great, pool clean, sauna good, towels provided separately for this area. We extended our stay with ease and had no trouble booking extra rooms for our friends. Thank you for being so flexible and accommodating to our needs. We look forward to returning soon.

I would like to thank Jennifer the front disk because I should check out 12pm and she called me ... she woke me with the niesctest attitude and calm voice ... ( am not a morning person but really her way was flawless) She have a great customer service skills by understanding to give me 1 more hr in order to prepare myself even though they were fully booked and needed my room urgently still she did me a favour by giving me time Thank you Jennifer and house keeping Also I want to thank the language boy I dont know his name but he bring my grocery to my room Really 10 out 10 in customer service Regarding the cons The hotel is good for 1 night as a business purpose They have outside parking not in door (( in winter is good but not in summer)
