環境沒有想像中的理想！且房間設備老舊！浴缸也比拍攝照片小！淋浴間的水還會淹到房間！導致要求半夜換房間！十分困擾！

The hotel is located near the end of Higashiyama Onsen (the roads are narrow so be careful). The parking lot is about 100m away from the hotel entrance. For dinner, choose Kawadoko. The location is a little farther from the parking lot. There are tables lined up, but as you can see in the photo, there are only a limited number of seats by the river, and from what I see, it seems like the seats are determined by the course you choose. It was almost full on that day, but it is unclear what happens when it is empty. My wife and I are both big eaters, so I felt like it wasn't much, but is it enough for someone my age (in my 60s)? Speaking of the food, there were already pre-prepared dishes, and the main ingredients were brought in later, but what was the overall quantity? Because the seats were far from the river, the overall location and food were not satisfactory. I don't recommend the river bed. [Bath] The open-air bath for men is located near the river, with a waterfall right in front of you. When I asked my wife, she said that the waterfall looked a little far away in the women's bath. Wouldn't it have been better to move the season a little further to see the autumn leaves?

We had booked without dinner, but there was nothing special around the hotel, so thank you for including dinner. However, when I checked, I was told, ``It's included,'' but on the way home, the staff told me, ``You'd better be careful from now on.'' The hot springs were great.

I made a reservation based on its high profile. When we visited, it was an old inn reminiscent of the mid-Showa period. A dinosaur-like sound echoes from somewhere. The elevator was too old. Even the open-air bath was so cold! The food is a Japanese-style set and a small buffet. It's missing something, but it's delicious. At night, the sound of the waterfall is so loud that even children can't sleep. Also, the walls between the neighbors are thin and you can hear the toilet nearby. Breakfast is also a half buffet. I was calmly satisfied. This is a hotel that makes up for its shortcomings with an open-air bath and food. I think their customer service is wonderful.
