I arrived on 13th September and stayed until 19th September and had a truly marvellous stay. Reception was very welcoming and staff very friendly and more than happy to speak English because regretfully I do not speak French, always smiling and greeting no matter what time of day you were in or out. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, lovely decor, and great facilities including air con shower superb and although it seemed to be open to the room it could actually be screened off, room was serviced every day complimentary water on first day of arrival plus tea making facility. My room had a nice view out towards the Alps and the hotel itself is very central to the main centre and to travel to other places so a great location. There is a swimming pool, spa, sauna and fitness room. Lovely small lounge downstairs behind reception with complimentary coffee. Would I stay at this hotel again, yes most definitely. Would I recommend this hotel - yes indeed without any hesitation. Thank you Urban Hotel and to all your Staff

I had a tiny room in this huge, impersonal hotel. For the price I was expecting a better experience. My room overlooked a very unpleasant looking car park. The canopy below my room was filthy, had rubbish on it and was unkempt. The window frames were mouldy, in and outside the room (see photos). At the restaurant I asked if I could have my meal in my room. They said yes but without specifying that they was an ”eat-out” With the exception of a very helpful and friendly man in the breakfast restaurant, the hotel staff were impersonal and ineffective.

The location is quite good. Just by the lake, the balcony is full of mountain and lake views. The front desk is closed very early. There is no one at 8 o'clock. Need attention. In addition, the air-conditioning operating system is complicated. It is best to ask the hotel in advance.

I've spent 3 days very nice in this Hotel-Spa. It is located not very far from Aix-les-Bains (5 minutes from the center) in a very quiet environment. The staff is laughing and do well. The rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. My wife has been careful and has been very well cared. There is a pool with buses that are a little weak, they are a little lacking pressure. So yes, you need to think to book dinner if you're not taking the half-pension formula. The hotel has a great parking and a good 3-star hotel.
