Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein absoluter Traum! Es war alles da was man sich nur hätte wünschen können, falls mal etwas leer wurde hat das Personal dies auch direkt wieder aufgefüllt!
Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Vor Corona war ich schon ein paar Male dort und bin immer zufrieden. Ein relativ kleines 3-Sterne-Hotel, das die Erwartungen erfüllt, beim Frühstück sogar übererfüllt (aufmerksames Personal, schaut laufend, ob etwas nachgefüllt werden muss). Ruhige Lage und dicht am U-Bahnhof gelegen, ist das Hotel besonders für Bahnreisende geeignet. Man ist schnell zu Fuß im Grünen und in 37 Minuten mit der U-Bahn am Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Das war sicherlich nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt im Ringhotel.
