Hotel Anand Heritage

We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so ***y vacant rooms. Atleast hotel ***agement should have basic hu*** decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip. Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also. After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously? Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

Alaukik Hotel
4.7/544 Reviews
I found Alaukik online amongst other places closest to the Sai Baba temple but booked with them because they answered immediately and were extremely warm. They were also charging half of what other hotels in the area. I was traveling with my mother and we were only 2 women who don't travel often so I was very cautious and hesitant. But Miss Sunita at the front desk put us at ease immediately. Big shout out to her. She answered all my questions about the temple timings, where to buy an original paithani Saree, travelling to Nashik from shirdi and made all the arrangements for us a week before we even reached so I didn't have to stress about anything. She organised a car to pick us up from the airport, gave us our room before check-in which I was very grateful for because my mother is in her late 60s and needed to rest, then organised a cab of Alaukik hotel from shirdi to yeola to buy the saree. We walked to the the temple from the hotel which is nearby. She also organized the same cab to drive us to nashik after dharshan. She's extremely knowledgeable and even organized the cab to take us to the temples just before entering nashik and told us what to expect and organized for the driver to stay with us till we visited all the temples. I felt very safe and faced no problem thanks to her! Please note that Alaukik Hotel cab didn't charge anything above what ola / uber/ other local cab services I called before asking Miss Sunita ( I didn't know that the hotel provided a cab service at the time of booking ) and more over the driver didn't complain or push us to leave early and didn't ask for anything about what was discussed. Coming to the room. It was spacious clean and neat. Absolutely no complaints. The staff at the restaurant were the best. They were warm, friendly and had a sense of humour all the while being professional. I have seen some reviews stating that the food here is expensive as opposed to outside the hotel which is true but I have to add that the quality was amazing and the portions were large and it was worth every penny. We ended up eating all our meals here. The morning tea, evening snacks, dinner and the buffet breakfast was perfect. The best part was the attitude of the staff at the restaurant. They actually wanted to please people and get them fed specially at breakfast. The staff was running around to all the tables and kept asking if they needed more of anything. Although it was a buffet they were running around brining anything anyone wanted to their tables. Thank you to everyone at Alaukik for making our stay so memorable and stress free and making us feel safe and taken care of.
Sun-n-Sand Shirdi

This hotel is raking it in because of its location and somewhat upmarket trappings . The property is run down and ***y room fixtures like the door of the fridge, the cupboard etc. are in bad shape. The doors leading to the balcony are jammed. There are cobwebs around door jams and the floor is never really clean. I found a ball of hair on the floor, scraps and cuttings in the drawers. Housekeeping is very weak and hygiene is questionable. The linen is also substandard . Napkins are not even ironed at times. They gave me a room facing a rubbish dump when my booking was for a pool facing one. When I objected they quickly changed it. The shuttle service is very efficient as is the airport pick up . The food is reasonably good. They gave a nice pizza and the breakfast was quite elaborate. The staff is courteous, though always looking for a tip . they hang around waiting for tips . I would single out Sachin in the Italian restaurant . he was very good , attentive and gave me very good service . Toiletries in the room are of good quality. Honestly , a very 3 star property trying to pass off as 5 star without the investment in maintenance and upkeep , training and standards. The high room rates they charge are not really justified.
Sai Neem Tree Hotel

We a group of 8 stayed recently at Sai Neem Tree on our pilgrimage to Shirdi. The hotel staff efficiently ***aged our check in. The rooms were great with clean and comfortable sheets. Food served was Delicious ! They accommodate your dietary requests and have a decent spread on the breakfast buffet They order free pick up and drop in their car to the temple. Please note this is only till Gate 2 of the Shirdi temple

Staff is polite and courteous. Hotel is clean. Food is good. Breakfast especially has wide spread options. They have multiple Sai idols and temples inside resort and you can hear continuous Sai name chanting and bhajans which gives peaceful feeling. Thank you for your hospitality.
