Moon Hotel & Spa.

Beautiful room overlooking the marina but we were not impressed that the spa was closed and the pool outside also. We asked if there was a discount as our room was 250€ (junior suite) and we were told no as it was written on the website (we didn’t notice this )we had a hot tub on the balcony but the water was not hot enough, the hot tub seemed very old and broken in places. Not a nice friendly attitude unfortunately. Would not visit again.

Superb hotel - lovely big, comfortable, smart rooms overlooking the marina. Within east walking distance are a range of restaurants and bars for all ages. Good hotel bar/cafe/restaurant/breakfast.

Our second visit to this Lovely hotel in a great spot overlooking the marina and close to bars & restaurants. This time for three weeks stay. Spacious comfortable room. Very good reception staff & bar staff. Fabulous outdoor seating area with canopies when too hot. Shaded area under the trees too. Definitely gives you the feel good factor. Pool area very nice. Slight negatives the bathroom is in need of updating as grotty shower tray. The sunbeds around the pool are hard plastic with no cushion so very uncomfortable. However you can hire sunbeds on the beach for $5 each. Great restaurants close by - highly recommend El Palador & La Capana Belga. For breakfast Angeles & Marcastania both excellent.

this is the worst vacation ever. The service is very bad, in the overcrowded hotel where you are just a number. not to mention the mold on the ceiling and terrible wifi. They didn't want to solve this because I supposedly had a standard room. while I had a junior suite deluxe room. The room was not hygienic and was not cleaned properly. they don't put towels . there is never room at the pool and you have to pay for the beds, there was a waiting list of several days. so we couldn't use it. further in the buffet you only have junkfood and the lines are huge. a lot of noise and that causes stress you can not eat. the walking paths are narrow. in the evening there is a lot of noise due to the music and animation. there are 3 different concerts going on literally meters away from each other. deep into the night and early in the morning crying and screaming children in the corridors. so you can't sleep in and recover from the noisy day before. in short, this hotel is absolutely not worthy of its price. i wouldn't even come here for free. the hotel is just old and not worth its price. Photos don’t look like in real life.

Great hotel, right in the harbour with good views if your at the front. Clean spacious modern rooms, great facilities Used this place a couple of times now. Breakfast is expensive @ €17.50 a head, although a good selection available, but both times now the cooked breakfast has been cold.. Stone cold. Better off wandering up the harbour to one if the many cafes and having a freshly cooked one for half the price. Parking is expensive as well @€15 a night. Considering there is nowhere else to park without a very long walk it seems a bit expensive.

Friendly staff. Vanessa on reception was excellent, explained all the facilities. Rooms (we had a premium room) very spacious and great facilities. Plenty of sockets and usb ports. Fabulous view of the marina and the pool area was lovely.

Really nice place that I'd like to return to abd a heated swimming pool for a change

beautiful location, great views, huge room, amazing bathroom. my only negative comment is that the fridge wasn't cold. I have found this to be a common fault with hotels that have to be compliant with not having the electricity on whilst guests are out of their room, so its hard to charge any phones, watches etc, no keeping the room cool to come back to, and a warm fridge. staff were great in both the hotel and bar

Beautiful hotel. Very clean, really big comfortable bed with fabulous view over marina . Staff very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommend. Also has a great spa and swimming pool.
