nice property in a convenient location to visit both Taj Mahal and Agra fort

One of the better maintained ITC properties

Extremely disappointed with ITC. The brand has completely lost its credibility. The staff was poorly trained, the food was terrible, and the stay was far from comfortable. Definitely not booking here again.

My stay at ITC Mughal, Agra was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The beautiful Mughal-style architecture, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere added to the experience. The spa was relaxing, and the food, especially at Peshawri, was delicious. Plus, the hotel is close to the Taj Mahal, making it a great place to stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Room was smelling like mold, couldn’t sleep whole night had to change room 3 am in morning. I had to leave unrested in meetings

Nice and luxury

The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

Beautiful interior design, fabulous food and spa treatments, excellent service

The room is spacious and the location is good, but the breakfast is a bit poor, not living up to its reputation.

A relatively old hotel in the tourist area, clean and hygienic, but the facilities in the room are relatively old. There are so many tourists that it feels like sitting in a vegetable market for breakfast, which is very noisy. The worst thing is that the hotel does not provide bottled mineral water, which is what foreign tourists need most, because the hotel refuses plastic bottles. Either drink the hotel's own canned water (which feels like tap water) or buy expensive glass bottled mineral water (which is also inconvenient to carry with you when visiting tourist attractions)

It is attached to the next room by a locked wooden door, so you can hear all the TV sounds from the next room. It's complicated and far to go to the Taj Mahal

チェックインは15時でしたが13時過ぎには入れてくれました。ただ、カードキーがエラーで開かず、案内してくれたボーイが部屋に入れてくれたのですが、新しいカードキーを届けてくれると言いながら結局届きませんでした。 レストランは何ヶ所かありましたが、内容や営業時間が不明確で使いずらいし料金も結構高かった。 ただし、味付けは自由にオーダーできるのはとても良い。 両替出来たのは助かりました。 タージマハルまでは徒歩圏内です。
