It was A Horrible stay at Radisson,Agra
They don’t give the facility to add Food Bill in your Room Bill..
They says that first you have to Pay and then only you can eat food in their Restaurant…
Very poor ***agement..
I have booked and prepaid all money of my stay while booking but the concern person at time of check-out says that We have not received any payment and also we have received a note with your reservation that Hotel should collect money from customer at the time of checkout.
I have also presented them the Receipt of Payment Paid but they declined and were asking to pay again..
Also when I asked them ‘Why you haven’t said before check-in regarding the Amount? - that careless staff says that as you both were senior citizen we thought not to say at that time.. which means we were young while check out time.
Finally Thanks to Customer Care of Trip.com that they have solved our problem on chat with us in Morning 7:45 and they made payment to hotel and then we Leaved the premises.
I have Lost my Precious Morning time with such hopeless staff and Hotel. I think Hotel ***agement should sent their staff to Learn Hospitality once again…
It was Really very disappointing not expected with 5S Star Category Hotel.
My suggestion To All other Travellers…
Note: Either not to use Trip.com for booking or avoid stay at Radisson Group Hotels or Avoid Both then only you will have a great time…
