1st class, the room was so spacious and had everything we needed, nothing was ever to much, pool was absolutely perfect after a day at the beach, breakfast was great and set us up for each day - such a great team and super accommodating - will be back ❤️

We return to Lithos again and again ,always for at least 14 nights . We love Marios ,Marina and team who work so hard to ensure every guest is looked after so well. Looking forward to our 14th stay in 2024 .My top tip is to book direct and book early 😎

Exceptional! Almost 50 years of international travel no owners, staff or facilities have made us feel more at home and comfortable than Lithos by Spiros and Flora. An exquisite property , quiet, exceedingly well maintained, terrific facilities, wonderful location and personnel make this the go to place on Mykonos! The owners and staff exceeded any and all expectations and are among the most helpful and gracious we have ever encountered. Relaxing, spacious, immaculate, inviting, easy access describes but a few of the superlative accolades this property offers. Fabulous from the first moments to the hate to leave good byes. Looking for perfection in a hotel....this is as close as you will get!

The property is lovely and extremely well-maintained. The view from our balcony was enchanting, as was the pool and bar area. The breakfast was very good, beyond our expectations. However, as good as all those items were, the best part were our hosts, Marios and his family. They were wonderful, gracious, helpful and kind, especially when we had some troubles (not related to Lithos). We will return to Lithos because of the service & hospitality delivered by the staff. A full Five-Star experience! Thank you, Marios and crew.

Where to begin? Owners Marios and Marina, husband and wife, treated us like family the entire time at this beautiful hotel complex. Also, Farhat was very accommodating to us as well. Ground transportation, to and from the hotel, was arranged in advance. We arrived by ferry and departed by plane. It was well worth it. Although the local buses were convenient and fun to ride, we didn’t want to mess with them and all our luggage, so we opted for the private transfer, which was very smooth and carefree. Marina greeted us upon check-in and gave us wonderful information about the island. Marios and Farhat served us breakfast every morning in the pool area, as well as drinks at night. Breakfast was served to us at the table. It included: a plate with spanakopita, bread, cheese, a hard-boiled egg, and a sweet. Also we received a bowl of yogurt that you could dress up with honey, jams and or cereal. You could order any kind of coffee you want and they also served fresh-squeezed orange juice. Bottled water was available 24/7 in 1.5 liter size. It was cold and you can get as many as you want...all included. The complex is situated on the main road, on the quiet side of the island. Loved this place so much, where you could just chill-out and relax. The beach is a 10-minute walk down a paved walkway and the water was beautiful. Towels are provided, for the asking, for use at the pool or the beach. There are also a couple of nearby restaurants nearby as well as a small convenience store. The best part of this location is that the bus stop to Mykonos Town and all other parts is located right outside the hotel door. It’s about a 15 minute ride to the center of Mykonos town, where you can tour there or hop on a bus to another part of the Island. Bus ride was 1,8 euros each rider, each rise. Driver only takes cash. As an aside besides taking the bus to see the windmills and the like, we took the bus to Psarou and walked to and swam at 4 different beaches in one day. It was awesome! Our room was very spacious, had a deck overlooking the pool and the bay. It was a beautiful setting. It had a real closet with plenty of hangars, a safe and a mini kitchen. Plenty of soaps and shampoos were provided as well. Bed was very comfortable and the location was super quiet. It was heaven! Marios, Marina and their 2 beautiful children, along with Farhat, were absolutely wonderful hosts and made for an extremely memorable holiday for my wife and I...a stay which we will never forget. I highly recommend staying here again and again. On our trip we visited and stayed on 4 islands, (Santorini, Paros, Naxos and Mykonos), and we found Lithos to be our Favorite Hotel. It was Absolute Heaven! Efharisto! :)

I was blown away by this hotel. I could not recommend it enough and will definitely book here when I return. The property is gorgeous and pristine. The room was a lot larger than expected and was fully equipped. The rooftop pool was so nice and the bus in to town and Ornos stopped right in front of the hotel. So convenient and saved us a lot of money. That said, the most magical part of the trip was the family that runs this hotel. They were absolutely amazing and went far and beyond anything that I have experienced at a hotel. Mario even drove us to and from our activities and events free of charge. They truly helped explain and schedule our entire weekend. They were amazing. Please book!! You wont regret it!

We stayed for 2 nights finishing off our island hopping holiday, staying in two rooms ( 2 adults, 1 child). Check in was very comprehensive with explanations of the bus service, local beaches and restaurants and then restaurants on other parts of the island. The rooms were massive and stunning, comfy beds and pillows, quality bedding, lovely toiletries in the bathroom,shower had good water pressure and even a face cloth for removing makeup (which impressed me) We were given bottles of water and told to request more when we needed it. This was a first as other hotels in greece we had to purchase water so this was much appreciated. My sister was ill whilst staying and Marios brought her some electrolyte granules and whatsapped several times to check she was feeling better. The pool area, bar and sunbathing area was stunning and very peaceful. Lovely views and water was brought out to us. We ordered toasties and these were nice and on the second day, Marios phoned through a pizza order for us, which delivered whilst we were sunbathing. Breakfast is not included in the room price but we found was good value,plentiful and fresh. As my sister was still not feeling great we didnt visit Mykonos town and missed out on collecting a Mykonos coaster to finish off the collection of other islands. Marios was kind enough to go into town after we had left and posted this to us, which is what makes this hotel fantastic, the owners go above and beyond for their guests and make you feel at home. We will definitely be looking to return, only staying longer next time. Dont hesitate to book this hotel you wont be disappointed

Extremely friendly team. On call 24/7 on WhatsApp to help with anything we needed. Lovely apartment. Great view. Comfy rooms. Ultimately this was extremely good value for Mykonos. I stayed with my partner and we would absolutely recommend.
