Bill & Coo Coast Suites -The Leading Hotels of the World

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff, loved everything about it. While not close to town/shopping etc… they are happy to drive you there as they are constantly transferring people back and forth to the sister property near town. But best part is you have everything a five star property offers but with a great beach area! Few have that! Room with jacuzzi plunge pool was fantastic. Very private on our room:)

The details: Bill & Coo Coast Suites | 10 Nights | May/June | Honeymoon Upon arrival at the airport we were met with a B&C driver (pre booked with concierge prior), this was an absolute dream due to how manic the airport was. Our bags were taken for us and we were given little bottles of water for the journey. When you arrive at Coast Suites, it’s incredibly Zen, the aesthetic is gorgeous. We were greeted by Michael the Hotel Manager who is an incredibly beautiful sole, very caring and personable. He gave us a lot of advise on places where we can eat and go out as first time Mykonos visitors all hand written on a little map (which I’ve taken home for a memory!). We were blown away by the level of attention and effort all staff go to, to make your stay feel incredibly personal. The rooms are beautiful and quiet, everything is incredibly clean and the food at the Taverna was wonderful. We are out every evening all around Mykonos and concierge were fabulous with aurranging our transfers. The A la carte breakfast is an absolute dream, one of the benefits of staying in a much smaller hotel is the quality and time spent on food. It’s all you can eat, pretty much whatever you want they’ll make for you. We’d like to again thank everyone for your efforts in making our stay with you comfortable, memorable and stress free. Everything about our time at the Bill & Coo Coast Suites was perfect. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon, and have nothing but amazing things to say about it. The service is what you would expect from a 5 star hotel - cocktails on arrival, prompt responses to any questions, and the professionalism of the staff. This hotel is not located in Mykonos town, which some people complain about in the reviews. But you should know that when you book a room here. We were SO happy we weren't staying in town, which is constantly overcrowded and loud. Totally fine to enjoy that for dinner and drinks, but it was amazing coming back to the resort for quiet whenever we wanted it. The pool and beach are both quiet, though we went towards the end of season in September. The food at Beefbar is amazing as well - funnily enough the Beefbar food we ordered to the beach for lunch was one of the most memorable meals of our trip. Will definitely be back here. Don't listen to people complaining about the location or prices of the cars they provide - if you're staying here you can afford the car rides. And it's your fault if you booked a place not knowing where it's located.

This was by far our worst stay on our Greek vacation. Other hotels were Amanzoe and Canaves Oia Suites. Both of those properties are in a different league than Bill Coo Coast. We stayed in room 301 a Coast suite with a pool. This room is uninhabitable. There is a constant vibration and low humming noise constantly. It is like being in a submarine. The room also smells of mold. On the last day of visit, after complaining prior the manger came to room with me. He claims no one ever complained before and must be laundry machine. However, the noise/ vibration continues all night. Other complaints I have about this property include slow and spotty internet service. Scheduling cars/transportation is another area that needs improvement. You need a car to go anywhere else in Mykonos. One night for dinner we were told our car was waiting. We immediately left our room and someone else had taken it. Also, when need pick up in town can take 45 minutes for a pickup. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good as was Beefbar.I complained to American Express, about this hotel. Bill Coo agreed to give me a future credit for a 2 night stay. They know I would never return to this awful hotel. There are plenty of other good options for Lodging in Mykonos. Do Not stay here.

I could not speak more highly about Bill & Coo coast suites (which is different than the property called Bill & Coo suites and lounges, which is more up in the hills). Bill & Coo coast suites is located right on the water, in one of the more protected parts of the island from a wind perspective, which is amazing. You still have the breeze, but you’re not chasing your belongings around every 15 seconds like you do in most other parts of the island. If choosing between the two properties (which they will shuttle you between if you ask), I would definitely pick the coast suites. Bill & Coo is an adults only hotel and it is a lot more mature in terms of vibe than a lot of the other luxury properties in Mykonos. For us, it was so nice to be able to go out to a nice (or wild) dinner somewhere in Mykonos and come back to a hotel where there wasn’t a party going on until 3am. It allowed you to experience all the wonders of Mykonos but escape when/if you needed. That’s not to say that it was boring - I spent wonderful afternoons around the pool drinking rose with other patrons - it just seemed that everyone understood where the line was. Huge props to the manager Michele - he made everyone feel so welcomed and wanted and happy! The whole staff was wonderful - very accommodating, would bend over backwards to make your trip amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bill and Coo! The hotel manager was very accommodating and personable! He was always checking to make sure we were taken care of. A few notes that you might find helpful! 1. If you need a hairdryer on the trip, I would bring one. I tried several of theirs and couldn't get them to work. 2. They have one iron for the whole property, so pack items that don't need to be ironed! 3. They expect to be tipped at the end of the stay and ask you to do that upon check out. We had been tipping throughout the stay to the drivers etc so felt that it would've been great to know ahead of time to not do that and leave one at the end! 4. The transportation provided adds up quickly. One way to a beach club can cost you $150. The breakfast was out of this world!! My favorite part of the hotel was this!

For a 5 star resort, Bill & Coo Coast (not to be confused with their sister property, Bill & Coo SUITES AND LOUNGE - which is excellent) should get 2 stars because of their unprofessional manager, Michael. It’s a shame to see such a beautiful resort and kind staff get overshadowed by an unprofessional and passive aggressive manager. Since we booked with Amex, we are entitled to a free room upgrade if rooms are available. We inquired about it and were told we would hear back within an hour or two. The entire day passed and no one got back to us. We checked online and saw that there were available rooms, so why were we not able to be upgraded or notified after our inquiries? We loved Mykonos so much that we wanted to stay one more night. When we inquired about this, Michael told us it would be $675 to keep the same room we were in. We told him we would get back to him the next day. The next morning, Michael came to our door to notify us that the price went up to 1,200 for the night. He said there was nothing he could do as the resort was fully booked. This resort was DEFINITELY not fully booked as we checked online, and found MULTIPLE rooms available. He was lying straight to our face. We decided to go elsewhere because we had had it with his pretentious attitude. At check out, I asked to confirm his name and the second I did his attitude changed. He offered us farewell drinks to which we politely declined. My review was not going to change because he was trying to rectify the past 3 days with a few drinks. Now for the good things. The staff are absolutely WONDERFUL! Lina, Roberto and Fay did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible given the situation with Michael. Lina gave us so many recommendations of restaurants and lounges to check out in Mykonos and we loved every single one. Her and Fay both did a great job helping us book reservations and transfers. Every driver we drove with was very polite and professional. I will note that unlike some other resorts on the island, the transfers to and from the port/airport are not free. To the rest of the staff, keep up the great work and thank you for trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

This place is spectacular. From the moment you arrive you know you are someplace special. The service is impeccable, the staff people warm and committed to giving you an incredible experience. Breakfast was great with lots of choices, lunch wonderful and among the best service overall I have ever experienced. Hostess Helena was exceptional but so was everyone. One reason this place is so good is because the manager, Jacqueline Evangelou, is very present and welcoming. She has assembled a top notch staff not easy to do in 2022. She keeps a watchful eye without being obvious or intrusive. I wish the pool was heated but we were there in May and the layout of our room was a little narrow but these are very minor things and did not diminish our experience. This is the only place to stay in Mykanos and I would come back again in a heartbeat.

When we first arrived we were disappointed that the hotel was not in the midst of town, the Manager Michele was outstanding. They hired a true professional in the hospitality industry. He offered us any and all options. But suggested we chill out by the pool, enjoy the space and the food at the property. The beach was serene and the service/food was lovely. We headed into town in the afternoon with one of their cars. Once we got into town we were so so happy that we were not staying there. They have hired a fantastic staff. Team work, is very evident, and you can tell the employees are treated well. If you are in Mýkonos to be in the middle of the madness. This is not for you. If you want to go into town and enjoy the scene, restaurants etc then go back to your own special Quiet place with a perfect beach, quiet place to sleep with beautiful rooms with a fabulous view. This is your spot. I read the other reviews. Going into town was 30 euros per way. If you’re staying at this property that should not break the bank. Uber would cost you more. The drivers are awesome and the cars are all luxury clean cars with professional drivers. We will be back. Thank you for the amazing breakfasts, comfortable, beds, great towels, sheets.
